I've done it a few times but nothing interesting to say.
But ughh, one day in gruuls we were buffing @ High king, so me and the MT are messing around by the door to gruul.
I put a hunter mark on the mob on the other side, and the dumbass goes and shoots him through the door, 4 ogres come, and as i proceed running for my life i aggro High king and we have 9 mobs on us all the sudden.
9 mobs = win.

Yes lol. Prince in kara, couldnt get my a** outta there fast enough after a enfeeble sweatdrop . It was my first attempt ever though, and that run he dropped my t4 helm, so its all good lol biggrin

Oh lets see...
I've exploded everyone on Vael.
I've caused wipes in Kara with seed of corruption, stealing aggro, and exploding flame wreaths.
I haven't caused any wipes in any of the 25 mans yet

Well, I haven't done any sort of instance since level 50 unless you count running friends through some. But when I did do instances I was always the low level friend everyone was helping. No stories that I can recall, but I'm sure there were some good ones....I never knew exactly what to do, so I'm sure I caused the rest of the group to die at least once.
Even now that I'm level 70, if I'm in a group with any of my older friends, they always make sure to keep aggro off of me as much as possible because they're so used to me dying. sweatdrop

Well I gotta say the only time that I've wiped a raid was back in the old Molten Core days. I leaned over to grab a snack that was next to my desk and I accidentally hit auto run and ran into a core hound pack. That was bad hehe.

I accidentally casted blessing of protection on the main tank in Gruul's. He lost all aggro and Gruul ran wild. xd ;;

One time, me and a bunch of friends from multiple raiding guilds got togther and did Naxx. I was on a 70 Enhance Shammy, four DPSers in the group, and me. I had the totems that boost attack power and agility down. Lets just say, I kept getting Saphirons attention. He eventually went into beserk mode, took out the tank, then me and the healers for a full raid wipe. They told me to stop DPSing after that.
My friend, has a 70 Mage, and has Sheep and Blink right next to eachother. Not a good combo. Multiple times he's blinked into a group when he was supposed to sheep them. Funny funny times.

No, but was in a group trying to fight a world dragon in duskwoods. we had over 30 people in raid group 60-70s. so the two people lvl 25 n00bs kept pulling it, causing us to wipe twice in a row. we almost had the mob, but he glitched at the mountain and we wiped.... crying

But, I have caused millions of wipes. =D I'm not bad at tanking, I just like screwing around. One time our priest was afk at Scarlet, something caught my eye, Im like, wtf? I run up and I pull like 3 dudes on me, then i start doing crazy shitz and pull like, 1093274505037560732 people on us. Damn, it was funny. Everyone was like NUB YOU IDIOT.
