Midori looked at Kanki and giggled. That hadn't happened to her before. She then jumped on her, she liked fluffy things. Anything fluffy, she would jump on it. "Hehe, you're fluffy." She said giggling, while cuddling her fur, now all fluffed up. "What do you wanna do now, Ms. Fluffy?" She asked, still giggling away. She was just to cute sometimes. And she were up for anything fun. It was just who she was. If it were fun, and something she hadn't done before. She'd be up to it. She loved trying new things.

"Wahhh!" She quickly took cover by covering her face with her paw. When she decided it was safe she removed them and started to lick her fur trying to groom it down. "I don't know, climb tree's?" Kanki always dreamed of finding a huge tree that she could live in, with branches that seemed to touch the sky and a large hole in the trunk where she could just curl inside of. Kanki looked around, she sort of doubted finding one like that here though.

Midori hopped off Kanki. Climbing trees? That sounds fun! She hadn't climbed many trees before. So climbing them might be fun! "Oooh, that sounds fun!" She said, with a grin on her face. Again, anything exciting, she'd do! I'm sure she wouldn't mind trying everything fun in her lifetime. Not only that, but meeting fun people like Kanki too! She was indeed nice to have around. Then again, Midori always liked to have someone around. Made things better, yes? I'm sure most would think that. She also hoped Kanki liked her company as well.

Kanki smiled softly, "okayyy... Do you see any good ones?" Kanki had seen some nice ones but perhaps Midori had seen even better? She seemed pretty insightful... sort of. Either way Midori is a nice friend. Though Kanki was a quiet girl and you would expect she'd like to be friends with other quiet Ulaya it was the opposite, she liked Ulayas that were outgoing and always on the bright side of things, it made up for her own lack of this "fun-ness" as everyone calls it. Farfalla doesn't count though, she incompetent.

Midori looked around at her surroundings. Hmm, a good tree to climb on? A good tree to her, was a really big one. Who wouldn't want to climb up on a huge tree? Then when you get to the top, you could see all your surroundings from up above. A smile suddenly crept upon her face. She had spotted a good! She began to run towards the forest.

Looking back at Kanki as she ran, she shouted out, "Come on! I see a really good one!". She kept on running towards this tree, hoping Kanki was following. It wouldn't be any fun if her friend got lost along the way. Then Midori would have to go back and look for her. And only waste time in the tree climbing experience! Which would not be good!

Kanki nodded and began to run, following her to the tree. "I think I see it too..." She said, looking at the largest tree that she could see while facing the direction she was running. I wonder if it has any big holes in the trunk... She thought happily, quietly humming herself. I wonder why tree's even have holes in trunks... Kanki liked to learn different things, even if they are random topics. I hope Midori isn't a fast runner and doesn't accidentally leave me behind... Kanki sped up, so she was almost right next to Midori.

Midori saw Kanki pretty close to her. She sped up just a little bit, until she finally reached the tree! It was a pretty large tree. Probably the largest she had seen. She stopped in front of it, looking at it up and down. It was quite the amazing tree! They would have fun climbing this one! Though she hadn't climbed many trees, she still had an idea on how to do it. Not to mention she was basically a cat, yesh? And she loved to try new things, even if she might get hurt some.

A smirk appeared on her face. "Wow!" She said to herself. Her long tail starting to wag some. She was getting quite the excited.

Kanki's stubby tail twitched as she sat and looked up at the tree. "Well....." She said as her head went backwards, "...lets get climbing!" Kanki trotted forward a bit and pounced onto the tree, digging her claws into the bark. When she was nice and secure she began to scale up.

A small bird landed on a branch near Kanki and began to sing, or chirp, whatever. Kanki whistled in response and continued climbing up. Eventually, as Kanki has always dreamed of, she found a large hole in the trunk. Happily she scrabbled inside of it and made herself comfortable, it was just perfect in size.

Midori looked at Kanki. Getting an idea from her climbing, to help herself out. She didn't want to make a mistake. She then copied what Kanki did, digging her claws into the tree. Making sure her claws had a good grip on the tree. Once she knew she was secure, she began to climb up behind her friend. Following all her steps up the tree.

She was very amused at the birds chirping, and how Kanki whistled back at it. She didn't know how to whistle, so it brought a smile to her face. She would try, but she didn't want to embarrasses herself. Though, it wasn't like she hadn't before. She continued to follow Kanki up the tree, and in the hole in the tree. The hole was very interesting, a pretty good size for both of them. And it was quite comfy as well.

"You know what would be perfect right now...?" Kanki asked, knowing that no moment is ever complete with out one, "a good book! Too bad I don't own one and I don't know how to read... But stories are nice too, my Grandma would tell me interesting stories about experiences she had and Farfalla tends to tell crazy tales, claiming them to be true." She thought of one that her mother told her when Kanki was sick, "like one time where she and another Ulaya were ghost hunting and bouncing from tree to tree and they found a hidden staircase in one of the trees that led to a cavern... and they talked to ghosts!" For a moment there I almost felt close to her...

A book? Midori never read. Well, except unless it was needed. It wasn't that she didn't like to, but she just couldn't find anything to read that interest her. Not only that, but she wasn't that great a reader. She could, just not all the big words. She'd try to sound it out, but it's only sound all wrong. But if it were interesting, then she'd still try to read it. When she came along something to read.

She smiled and nodded. "Books are very interesting, when you can find an interesting one." She said, still smiling away. "But, oral stories, I think, are a bit better! Especially like that ghost one!" She added. She had never went ghost hunting, but it sounded quite interesting. Maybe she should try it some time!

"Is there any special stories that someone has told you?" She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly. Kanki shuffled her paws under her head and rested it on them as she looked outside, she yawned a moment then blinked, maybe a story wouldn't be so great right now, it'd probably put her to sleep since she ws tired from swimming and climbing.

Midori thought about it for a second. No one had really told her a story. She has read a few though. But nothing really special, which was a tad bit sad, one might think. She sat down, looking over at Kanki. "Hmm, I don't really know any special stories, sadly." Midori said. She did really like stories, but she didn't know any special ones. Maybe she'd be told one, one day. But for now, her brain was empty with the 'special' stories.

"Then I'll just tell you one that happened to me!" Kanki never really met many people so she only had one to tell... "Once I was walking around aimlessly when I saw an Ulaya as old as me playing in some water, being a very shy I hid from them in a bush," she giggled to herself, Midori should know this story very well as well, so she could join in at any moment.

Midori listened as Kanki spoke. She loved to listen to stories. She listened, but didn't realize it was them she was talking about. Midori was quite slow sometimes. But I suppose that wasn't so bad, it made her seem a little bit cuter! She continued to look at Kanki, as if she were going to continue with the story. Her, still not realizing what the story was about. It didn't sound over, maybe she forgot? She didn't know. Midori giggled a little, "What happened next?" She asked. She probably looked a tad bit stupid, not knowing what she was talking about.
