When I reffered to pie I was reffering to shepard's pie as well since the conversation was about it.
Not all people make it exactly that way.

Not traditionally.
The traditional shepards pie is minced lamb meat and potatoes.
Nowadays the minced meat is simmered in a tomato sauce yes.

Try just a meat pie. They're better. Made with roast beef in a flaky crust with mashed potatoes on top. Almost the same thing except it's traditional to not have a crust on shepard's pie.

i've never come across a store that sells shepards pie.. =< or meat pie..
and i definately cant make one for myself either xd xd
