He laughed softly, as he pawed her face delicatly back. His brow furrowed for a moment, going into his protective state..."You know you should call out, when your at pride borders. Your lucky that I know you, other Kings have been known to massacre those who impose on their lands. Just a bit of word advice." His tail swayed behind him, "Though it is good to see you again." he smiled sheepishly. "Where is your mother?"

"Pride....Borders?" She canted her head to the side. She knew very little about prides, never being near one..."My mom? Follow the river down and you'll run into her eventully...I love my mom and sister to bits but I want to met other lions, just not them. I know no one besides my family and really, you. It's boring." She explained to him as her tail fins twitched slightly.

"Prides, are like where lions congregate and live together. They protect each other and each individual has a specific job that they need to uphold. King's are extremely protective over their prides and for good reason. A King is nothing without his people." he smiled. His brow rose, "You want to meet other lions?" he asked. "Follow me." it was an order but he said it in such a tone you'd want to not, because you had too.

"So that is what a pride is." She mumbled slightly before Adrastos spoke again. She got up and followed beside him, step by step. He was going to show her other lions? This was going to be so fun! She remebered he had told her he was a king..So this must have been his lands....Mizu woundered what type of lions lived in his pride..Did they all have huge families too? Her mind went a mile a minute.

Oh, so Kamaria had come out too? Another target then... "Bombs awaaaaaaay!!!" Kya let the ripe red berries fall down on her sisters and cousin impishly, watching them smudge and tint everything upon impact with a childish glee of her own.
Kerryn, however, was utterly displeased to see Adrastos go away and, not going to stand on the same place, walked after him, first to assess who'd come up, and then to barge in, according to the situation. So, getting out of the war zone before it hit, she watched the orca King and the finned stranger - a water teen lioness, without a doubt- chat with each other. A conquest in progress most likely... just the thought... 'Calm down Kerryn, or else you'll blow it even more than it's likely to be already blown...' Judging they'd had enough time to get updated for the moment, she walked up behind Adrastos, sending a momentary killer glare at Mizu. It just wasn't a good day... "Father. We need to talk. Now."

Adrastos eyes narrowed, “I see your manners to guests have been abolished.” He was just as displeased with his daughter as she was with him. Though he hadn’t known some fellow has stolen his daughter’s heart and she would end up pregnant. His pride, he felt was dwindling on numbers already. Though he wouldn’t stop star crossed lovers, ever. It wasn’t his type. He looked more gently to her now, after his voice was hardened with a stern tone. “We can talk as we walk back to the main den, Kerryn.” His heart seemed to break he felt like Kerryn didn’t love him as much as he did for her. He cared what she said behind his back or any of his children. They meant the world to him, as well as there mothers. Even if they had mates now, it didn’t matter to him. He’d lay his life down for any of them, and any of those in his pride. Still some still didn’t wish to see it.

Mizu's fins dropped as she say Kerryn glare daggers at her. What'd she do? She listened as the king spoke to the female. Judging by her colours she must have been one of Addy's children. The water female walked sheepishly by Addy. She wasn't too sure what she should do in the current situation...

Kamaria glared at her angelic sister. "This citrus blood is not appealing." Her eyes narrowed further at the flying demon. "I will break those wings of yours if you keep with these foolish acts sister." she growled lowly as she started preening herself off.
Februus looked up as his markings seemed to glow further. "I'll help hold her down." he grinned in a joking matter. "You are a troublesome one Kya." he blinked as he saw his grandfather in the distance with a guest and Kerryn.

Kerryn's brow rose questioningly, biting her tongue back before she made a less moment appropriate acidic comment. "Maybe, but from my point of view I see it as a necessary evil at the moment." It wasn't that she didn't love her father, Kerryn just disaprooved of his ways, unable to shake off, even now, certain images of her mother, despite Knarnia's best efforts to keep it to herself. Also, Kerryn largely enjoyed the use of cold intelect and sarcasm, something that had leaked many times while dwelling on the pride, shelling her true feelings. "It's just a moment, after which you can resume catching up with the unnanounced stranger." Taking the chance to spit a little venom at the blue lioness... "I'm requesting permission to leave. For good. Not a simple wander lust thing." Clean and simple, she dropped the bomb. Maybe he was expecting it, maybe not. Who knew...
"Nyaaaa, you're no fun Kama!!" Kya stuck her tongue out at her night coated sister, fluttering by Februus's opposite side, nibbling at his ear playfully. "Awww, but you love iiiiiiit! Who else to live it up but me and my endless bouts of energy waiting to be spent figuring new ways to taunt the unwary bystander?" she whined whimsically, letting go of his ear and pouting exagerately.

Finally after many late night talks between this black lion and his beatufiul mate, they had made a decision on which pride they would have liked to join having gotten several offers, the one which boarder they were approaching seemed perfect from their observations. Setting his youngest daughter down from her sleeping position on his back he smiled to his mate and to his eldest daughter then to his son before giving out a loud roar to reach the king's ears. After he stopped he licked Anastacia then straightened out Barek's little tuff of fur on the top of his head.
Barek, who had been having a blast with Phaedra was almost a little sad that they had reached their destination. "You're so still it when we play next ti- Dad!" He gave a little bit of an indignant shrief putting his mane back how he liked it. "Don't mess with the due..."

Anastacia gave a gentle chuckle as she looked over at her family. They were indeed growing, and she couldn't be prouder. Giving her mate a loving lick on the cheek she nudged Saiya. "Sweetheart, wake up. We're home." Then, she turned to Barek and chuckled. "Now, now, Barek. You're hair is fine. You did get your father's look after all." Winks at the two then over to the pride boarders.
Saiya gave a low whine. She was sleepy still, but the excitement of a new home just rose her from her dreams. Shaking herself a little, she looked over at Barek then at her mother and father, blinking. "Daddy, are we gonna stay here?" She blinked a little, tilting her head in question not really paying attention to anything else.

Adrastos roared for Ladishka, she came bounding out. "Greet the visitors, they are welcome and guests to here." he stated brieftly.
The ebony lioness bounded out to the borders greeting them all with a smile. "My apologies my father is busy at the moment with my half sister, Kerryn." she looked back to the pride. "My father says that you are guests and you are welcome to come into his lands. I can show you the way to the main den to rest your weary paws if you wish. Or you can meet some of the others who dwell within our lands."

"Yes sweetheart, we're gonna stay here..." Benton bowed to the princess as she approached. With a kind smile he spoke formally as one should do when making royalties aquaintance. "No appology needed, Princess. Thank you for coming out to greet us, I do believe that we should rest a bit first. My name is Sir Benton, this is my mate, Anastacia and our children Phaedra, Saiya and Barek." Crossing the threshold onto the pride in Benton's mind a new chapter began in his life. No more of this lazyness thing that had forced him to gain a whole bunch of weight, no, it was time to go back to the lion that his mate fell inlove with and his children looked up to.
Barek looked at the ebony female and deducted that she was the princess before his father introduced her as such. He bowed as well then looked around surveying the grounds they were to live at now.
