orochimaru, i think is the creepiest, because he use's he tough for some moves, and he exsperiments on people, come on that's creepy.

mostcharmed i think the creepiest person would be that dude from sound four with two heads. now that is creepy freaky!!!! scream I think that guy who of the sound village 5 is that guy who uses his bones as wepons. eek

Orochimaru is the most creepiest cause the the vid in naruto fanflash and when sasuke didn't show up in time then he took some other guy's body. and then he said...
Orochimaru: " And now I thank you...for your body"
I mean OMG! burning_eyes the then the guy screams bloody murder!

Gai and Lee are creepy, but really more just odd... and really, really weird.

uh i think rock lee and gai sensei can take that name for being most weird and ugly. With those weird green jumpsuits and bushy eyebrows im sure it creeps ppl out. but otherwise they're pretty funny. rolleyes
