Hmm...

It wasn't so much a bad idea, as badly laid out. It wasn't too bad though, not too bad at all. I say good job to ye.

It took Thomas Edison over one hundred and one tries to get the proper filament for the electric light bulb, and when asked about this "Well, Thomas, you've failed one hundred and one times, you've finally done it though", he replied "Why, I haven't failed, I merely found one hundred and one ways NOT to make a light bulb". teh endz

The thread was a good idea. But, you have to realize there a lot of philosophical-minded people in this guild, so if you don't lay things out really well it's going to get pointed out.

I don't think anyone in this thread was saying it's a bad idea. Just debating the philisophical implications of your word choice.

For me, I can't really participate right now. I'm really stressed out with everything I have to get done, and I'm starting to enter another fugue/dissociated state. As soon as things slow down, I can be more conscious about my daily actions.

i propose i challenge:
1. do at least one good deed for someone a week and post it here
2. the deed must not be aimed to recieve a reward
3. the only reward you can recieve is to feel good about yourself and
helping others for the sake of it.

n.n I have three bags of clothing and one bag of soes ready to go. Most of it's never worn before. xD I hate American Eagle and Hollister's stress on skinny-ness.

They did that in Brussells when I was in that area.
