Why should there be? There's nothing wrong with "everyone" having a mule- if someone breaks the ToS using a mule, the infraction will be traced back to the main account anyway. All accounts get banned. Besides, you're forgetting about the RP people who prefer to use different accounts for RPing so that it's easier for those RPing with them to remember the name of their characters. Plus, not all mules are used simultaneously- most are just storage characters.

I have one mule. But I don't use it at all :/. I want to delete it but you cannot do it at gaia ^^'. Like deleted whole character and info about it and release name that it holds.

Wiedziemka: Actually, what you can do is actually change the username, email and password to a random mishmash of letters and numbers. That way, the account will be freed up, and you can abandon it.

Kazuroka--used for money a long time ago; works as an announcement-er for TTPG
Jacopothewolf--his journal is a story which is incomplete and discontinued due to lack of ideas ( stressed ) but interesting nonetheless. I may or may not re-make the story with a bit more coherence sooner or later.
