(( you got it right ^^ ))

"Sorry, you three!" Kae jumped off the final roof to land near the trio, nearly tripping over her own feet in the process. She was actually rather great at keeping balance, and such, but when she didn't have to, she let herself be klutzy at times. AKA- whenever they weren't on a mission. "The ANBU kept me later then I'd hoped..." she explained, giving a bit of a yawn and covering her mouth as she did so.

"Anyways... Why are we here again? Oh! Right! This!" Kae beckoned the boys to her as she went and sat next to Kinu, giving a nice hello to the girl. Out of a pocket, she pulled out three jingling small bags. "I told you guys I would have them by today, since we just went to bed when we got here, last night. They decided to pay us, after all, even if we were late." sometimes, the Mikoizai would banter about money, and it seemed to be a rather important value in her life. As long as they had money, they had the chance to expand their knowledge of normal life, as well as Shinobi life. Coming from a woman from a clan that bred Koi, it at least made partial sense.

"Did you three sleep well?" small talk was to be made, before Kae would finish with what she wanted them to discuss. It helped with patience, but sometimes she could drag on.

Batafurai nodded. "Awesome, you've got a cool technique!" She clicked her fingers and released a small electric charge as the sound made, causing a little electric zap to the ceiling. "I can release electrical charge by the electric tunnels through my body. It's a bloodline, of course,"
She jumped off of the rail and landed beside her teammate. "You ready to go?"

(Aww.. I was right the first time.)

Isaaku had picked up his pace, at three-fourths speed he was kicking up huge clouds of dust. He made three and a half laps around the city so far. His breathing was steady, helped by the other exercise he did every morning. "I wonder what time I was supposed to be there... If I go now, I'll either be really early or really late," Isaaku thought as he ran. "Better go now then." Isaaku kept running until he was near the place he was supposed to be, then his cloud of dust engulfed his image. But he was already on the ground, fixing his clothing that got twisted and ruffled due to the speeds he went at.

"Success," He squealed to himself quietly.

Kento and Kenso walked along the road after their breakfast on their way to the specific training grounds for their exhibition match with two other chunin. Their specialties were cooperative fighting and genjutsu tactics. They would be fighting against two opponents to show the benefit of these tactics and how they can be directly employed in battle as well a dire situations. They would have to hold back considering their genjutsu was usually unable to be cancelled out of, and they wanted to show the full range of value for it. They continued on until they reached a rather picturesque clearing with several students sitting indian style in a semi-circle with three chunin standing and lecturing the benefits of taijutsu and ninjutsu.

"Now, now, don't fill their heads with biased opinions just yet. They still need to see the benefit of genjutsu before they form their own opinions." They said in perfect unison. They got to the front of the semi-circle, interrupting a fellow chunin who was saying genjutsu was a useless and wooly discipline. The twins got to the head and made their lecture on the uses and powers of genjutsu on the senses of an opponent ninja. The taijutsu based ninja laughed at the end of their lecture implying it had its uses, but it couldn't beat good old fashioned taijutsu. The twins smiled deviously and allowed the demonstrations to begin. It was an interesting tai and ninjutsu demonstration by three ninjas. Then, it was their turn for the demonstration with cooperative tactics. Using simple and basic maneuvers for the genin's benefit, they demonstrated several tactics for cooperative combat. Their first demonstration was the decoy. One fighter went in for head on attacks while the other took the target out from behind. The second demonstration was two head on attacks. While one was provoking blocks, the other could hit weak points unobstructed. They even showed what to do if one person was incapacitated. Then, it was time for their genjutsu demonstration. Kenso, the blue eyed brother, took this. They didn't want it to seem like the only way to win with genjutsu was two on one. Kento jumped back and watched the fight from near the semi-circle. The chunin that Kenso was facing made several jokes about Kenso's young appearance even implying that they had the chakra level of a genin. It wasn't until Kenso had a kunai to his back that he realized he had been mocking a minor clone. The battle began, but the chunin seemed inexperienced with genjutsu resistance and recognition. Kenso had the upper hand within minutes. Kenso decided to keep his head clear and not take time to mock this opponent. The battle continued, a flurry of illusion and speed until Kenso finally gained more of an upper hand than the other ninja. The twins finished various demonstrations and various tactics, showing the genin useful moves and techniques, keeping their best moves a secret, namely Labyrinthine Hell, False World, and Hall of Mirrors.

Ah! Kinu was about to snap back at Gaen for calling her 'Kinu-chan' when she was interupted by the arrival of her sensei. Silently growling she decided not to say anything in front of her superior and simply greeted the two teammates and the jounin obediently.

How rude! He has barely done a few missions with me, yet he already takes the liberty to speak to me that shamelessly! Kinu really hated this, why was she always put on a team with reckless stupid overly active boys that she had to play the sensible mother role with? She was getting sick of being held back by these kind of people. These two were so very similar to her former genin team members, they were both always playing, always teasing eachother, always getting the whole team into trouble. Why did she always have to deal with these kinds of idiots?? She had always wondered if too many young ninjas today had been heavily inflouenced by the late nine tails hokage. It seemed like the grounds were flooding with boys who had a personality as bad as that stupid fox.

Kinu's calm mood had disappeared as she recieved her payment from Mikoizai-sama. Though the weight of the little money bag cheered her up slightly. Now she would be able to afford that new book she had seen in the shop the other day. She was still rather unused to the fact that she was getting awarded in this way for completing missions, but she couldn't say she didn't like it, it certainly helped her studying greatly. Kinu was a huge bookworm, reading at all spare moments she had, even though there recently seemed to be too few of them. Their missions seemed to drag on and on and the casual voluntary work at the Konoha hospital didn't help the situation much either. Still, Kinu gave up sleep just to be able to plunge herself into the world of medical journals and herbology books, and even an occasional, even though Kinu would never admit it, thriller or detective story, she was only a young girl still.

Playing with the string that was strapped around the bag she turned towards her sensei.

"Just fine Mikoizai sensei, hope you did too?" She decided to go along with Kae's slow way of getting to the point, since she felt Kae liked doing it this way. Now, when she had turned her attention towards her teacher she noticed she wasn't the only one who was feeling yesterday's adventures in their legs. The way her sensei moved her body implied a slight tension in her muscles, she was also making slight correction movements involuntarily. Roque's movements weren't as easy to monitor as Kae's because of his clothing, Gaen didn't seem to have even noticed they had been up all night yesterday. Kinu noted for future reference that the boys probably had much better stamina than her sensei and she did, not at all surprising if you saw how many excess movements they were doing all time, the hyperactive brats.

Eh, stop being bitter, just add a few more laps to your routine. Kinu stopped herself from feeling sorry for herself for being born a girl, not a boy. After all, what was the point of that?

(( Ne, Shinigami-san... would you mind having the twins group up with another chuunin (his profile's pending) if we get another Jounin? ))

Ran watched Batafurai display her bloodline, and then nodded when she was asked if she was ready to go. "Mine is a bloodline, as well..." she murmured as they started heading for the training grounds. She noted small groups of people moving about, and things were starting to become more active since the fog lifted. She could already tell that it was going to be more of a lively place, compared to Kirigakure.

As the two girls approached the training grounds, she noted a group off to the side, where demonstrations were being shown. She also noted someone else off to the side who seemed to have arrived in a hurry, as there was still some dust clearing around him. "I wonder what our third team-mate will be like." she voiced. "And, our sensei." she had paused to continue watching the group.

(( Gonna let Gaen post, before I do one for Kae.

Notes to all: I promise to get something exciting going, once we get the gennin team started up. It may go something along the lines of, someone betrays another village (which is bound to happen, anyways), but since the world is trying to keep all of the matters peaceful, it makes a bigger impact then it should.

Also, try to keep with your groups, or at least someone else. It helps keep people from wanting to drop out because they have nothing to do. 'Notice' people, and have your characters somehow wind up interacting with them to help keep everyone going. It's not fun when we have people dropping out sad

Keep up the good role playing, everyone 4laugh ))

((Not at all Tale teller-sama. Just tell me who he is and who our jonin will be.))

Their demonstration went exceedingly well considering their incredible talent in genjutsu. Their illusory world jutsu was the envy of most genjutsu users in the Village considering its versatility and low chakra consumption. They continued on, communicating through thought on their next move. Considering they had nothing planned, lunch was a viable option.

(( Will do.
Also- try not to get too far ahead of everyone. We're still just in the morning, so getting further ahead in time (aka. mentioning lunch) will mean you'll have to wait for us, if you do wind up in a group. Moving ahead in time also lessens your chance of your characters being interacted with... sweatdrop

I wanna keep everyone at the same pace, so we can try and keep together, and keep this thing going.))

((Wow. My character moved by you saying so! O:
Thats.. kind of Godmoding, but - eh.))

Batafurai nodded behind Ran, and looked around. "How are we supposed to know where to meet if we don't know what they look like?" A grin suddely smudged across her face. "We can track them! Use our ninja skills!" She punched the air and began to glance around everywhere stupidly, althought she was actually being serious.

((It isn't god-modding if the roleplay's creator does it. They can do whatever they wish with anybody's characters without our say so.))

Seeing more boarders head away from the apartments, he changed his course toward the training grounds. My genin will probably already be there by now. I shouldn't have wasted time practicing my metal-bending jutsu. the training grounds were near the outer wall of Konohagakure, so Yuki preched himself upon the top, watching for his team. By the brief descriptions he was given of his squad, he could tell one was already waiting. Two others who also seemed to be from his squad were heading closing in on the grounds together.

Leaping down to the training grounds, Yuki stood several feet behind the male member of his squad who hadn't noticed his arrival. "Armine, Isaaku?" Yuki said quietly.

(Besides, she just said you arrived at the grounds. What were you gonna do, run off?)

Isaaku nearly leapt into the air when he heard his name called from behind. He spun around with some weird stance that would block and be ready to strike back quickly. Until of course he saw who had called his name, an Otagakure ninja. He had to have been jounin level, based on clothing and how easily he must have snuck up on Isaaku.

"Ah! I'm sorry! I didn't know who was behind me! Really! I'm sorry!" Isaaku said in panic as he bowed in apology and respect. Had he known the man was his sensei for his time in Konohagakure, he wouldn't have gone into such a frantic state.

(( I try not to use 'RP creator' as an excuse for things.
I apologize if it seems like I was godmodding. However, I don't believe it was, since they decided they were going to go, anyways, and it was the first method of getting them there that I could think of.
I don't think of it so much as godmodding, but merely nudging your character along with mine. ))

Ran managed a twinge of a smile at Batafurai's exclamation. "Either that, or..." she pointed between the demonstration group, and a set of two figures off to their sides. "We can ask either one." she suggested. "If... you want, we could try asking them, first." she pointed to what she thought to be another Gennin and a Jounin. "Either they can tell us where to go, or at least we can mark them off our list."

Trowa The Fearless

Shinji woke with a start. The morning fog had begun to clear, and he was one of the only people still sleeping. Shinji dashed into the bathroom to go through his morning rituals. He brushed his teeth carefully, making sure he had nothing stuck in them. Shinji washed his face quickly, then raced back to his bed, where he had laid out his clothes. Shinji slipped into his outfit like a turtle pokes its head out of its shell, then ran out the door, picking up his sword and jacket on the way.

Shinji ran as fast as he could through the crowds of townsfolk, on the way to the training grounds, where he was told he would meet his teammates. When he finally got to his destination, Shinji saw Kento and Kenso leaving a group of cheerful-looking Genin. He ran up to them, greeted the duo with a smile, and asked, "Are you Kento and Kanso Kurama? I'm your new teammate. Or at least, I would be, if we had a sensei to complete the team."

((Just so you know, under the Shared Mind jutsu, the twins can communicate telepathically, so only things written in this color will your character actually hear.))

The twins looked at the chunin who had just greeted them as their new teammate. He was definitely larger than them by about a foot. The twins sometimes despised their young bodies and were completely unaware how they obtained them, but it was no use crying over it. They could do very little about it. In any event, that wasn't the issue. They had been told they would work in a squad of three, but they were unaware they were meeting their partner today. However, they knew he was a Konoha ninja. He didn't appear strong enough to get through Konoha undetected, so they decided to trust him.

"Were you informed of this, Kenso?"
"No, brother, I was not, but we haven't checked our messages. None of them were urgent if you recall."

"Yes, we are Kenso and Kento. Pleased to make your acquaintance.....We're very sorry, but you didn't give us your name." The twins had an odd habit about speaking in unison. It wasn't as though they trained it. It was chalked up to their Shared Mind abilities. If they didn't talk in unison, at the very least, they often completed each other's sentences, but it often had a very disconcerting effect the first time they met anyone.
