Brad didn't get a chance to see the egg, having glanced over at Fiach during the change. At Dean's outburst, the man sat back, surprised, before offering a half-cocked grin. "Happens to the best of us." Although, he wouldn't admit that he couldn't do that with his...he'd likely go insane. "On the bright side, you seem a little more awake. So, perhaps you can enjoy your day?"
reacted, Brad would have a clue--oh.> The text quickly disappeared as his human resumed his seat, the Gnome looking between the two.
"I suppose I should--" He swallowed his words as he looked to his own laptop, something between amusement and annoyance crossing his features before he regained his composure. "--do the same. I have some errands I should get out of the way." Brad patted Fiach's laptop absently, obviously a nervous habit with his own machine, eyes moving between the gathered.
Nigh huffed, and the game showed the log out screen before closing completely.
Brad uttered a very quiet groan, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. It was almost as bad as having his mother hanging over his shoulder, what with Nigh telling him what he already knew.

Jumping slightly as Dean shouted, Fiach raised an eyebrow before the other man explained he hadn't charged the laptop. Breathing a small sigh of relief, he smiled. At least I won't have to do any work today...for now, at least...
Politely standing as he noted the meeting was coming to a close, Fiach extended his hand towards Dean, "A pleasure to meet you, Dean." Smiling, he hoped he was, at least partially, making up for his awkward behavior while they were there.

Dean sighs as he closes his laptop and then slips it back into its case. As he zips up the case, he hears Fiach speak to him and looks toward the extended hand. He smiles and takes his hand, shaking firmly as he replies, "Likewise, Fiach." After shaking the man's hand, Dean puts his case's strap around him and stands up. Taking his coffee into his right hand, he brings it to his lips for a quick chug. The contents had cooled enough to allow him to do so, luckily.
"Well," he begins, "take care you two. Maybe I'll see you around this place again sometime." He gives the room a quick scan, nodding his head as he notes, "It's a nice hangout and there is free Internet, after all." After giving a soft chuckle, he nods his head politely toward each of them. As awkward as he was around them, the boy honestly did want to see the men again. He'd never admit it, but he didn't have any offline friends and somewhere deep inside he wanted some terribly.

Waiting until the pleasantries were exchanged, Brad stood to offer his own, extending his hand with a faint smile. "It was nice to meet you, Dean. Good luck with your laptop. Oh and, if you're ever on Sentinels, look me up. Bradli on Horde side, and, ah..." He glanced distastefully at his laptop. "...Zavier on Alliance. With a Z."
Even though it couldn't be seen, Nigh blipped his own cheerful, The Hacker perched on the start bar, waiting to be taken away.
Brad turned his indigo gaze back to Fiach, his smile quirking a little more widely. "It was good to see you again, Fiach...given the circumstances." He attention lingered briefly on the bruises he could see, debating on saying anything...and deciding that the youth was probably smart enough to tell where his gaze was. "I'm heading out too, but if you're ever in this area, come by. If I'm here, I'll buy you another sandwich."

Smiling politely, Fiach nodded. Noting the look Brad gave his bruises, he knew the older man was probably wondered just what happened. But he wasn't going to tell him...he didn't know the man, so he didn't plan on giving answers unprompted. It just wasn't in his nature. Giving a slight shrug before his smile returned, he said his goodbyes as well.
"That..would be nice, I think. Thank you again, Brad."
Picking up his own laptop, Fiach made ready to leave. He should probably check up on Adalia, see how her arm was feeling, among other things.
