"Beep Beep Beep" came the loud noise of Yuuki's digital alarm that morning. Sitting up in bed and groaning, a disheveled Yuuki grudginly got out of her bed. She quickly began her morning routine, coffee, of course, to start, then check her emails and then get herself physically ready for the day.

It was a many hours later, when she was checking her emails for work when bad news reached her.

Yuuki, being the second in command of Lionheart Inc., had many duties that she had to fill as the vice. One thing she herself did was place many different sources around the city to report any abnormalities and such. She didn't have that many, but the ones she had she delegated in all important facilities in the city. After all, as one of the leading organizations against the vampires, they had to have some sorts of spies around the city.

This particular email was from a fellow mage, that had been working at the hospital as a doctor, whom was monitoring anyone strange coming in or out. It seems that someone quite important found his way in last night. The changeling leader seemed to have been hit by a car.

"This is wonderful, just what I need" Yuuki complained as she grabbed her coat. She was dressed in a simple woman's business suit, which was black, of course. Grabbing her purse form the couch she took out her cell phone and with a word dialed the cell phone number she had known for the last ten years at least.

"Destiny? Destiny?" She goraned when she got the answering machine. She must've been working. She continued, with a message. "Ok, We have a little bit of a problem. Rex is in the hospital. He's being watched over by Stephanie, our companies healing mage at the moment, but I'm going to go check it out. I'll call later." Flipping her cell phone closed with a snap, she stepped out to her window and jumped, her clothes fluttering around her as she fell. The night was already becoming dark witht he sunset. Whispering words under her breath the wind around her feet become solid, like a board. Whispering a little more, the board soared forward with her on it, and it was like she was skateboarding on the wind. The wind blew through her hair as she made her way to the hospital.

It wasn't long until she made her way to the hospital, a grand, white, sterile building. She made her way down to the ground and met Stephanie who was waiting inside the gates.

"Good evening, Stephanie," she greeted as she entered.

"Hello, Yuuki. I take it you recieved my message?" Stephanie replied. She was an older woman, around 50 years old, and had been an old acquaintance of Destiny's parents.

"Yes, thank you very much for alerting me. May I see him?" Stephanie nodded and began to lead Yuuki through the scarily white hallways to a room by the ICU. Inside was a young man, younger than she was, strapped to many different tubes and wires stuck in him. Yuuki whistled.

"Wow. That car did a number on him alright. Oh, I think he's waking up!" Indeed, Rex was beginning to stir. She heard him whisper"what in the world happened?" and so she saw fit to answer him.

"Good afternoon Rex, I can imagine you had a good sleep? You were hit by a car last night. It did quite a number on you to say the least, but your accelerated healing has helped quite a bit in that regard. How are you feeling?"

"Oh so that's where I am," Rex said sarcasticaly after Yukki told him he was in the hospital. "Yes me accelerated healing has helped quite a bit, but I do believe most of my survival is due from my race's durability. All I have now are some bumps and bruses, nothing to serious. I can however regenerate a limb if it is lost but that is as far as I can go."

When Destiny teased him about getting hit by a bus he quickly replied, " No, it was more like a car going close to highway speeds." He then stretched and begain tugging the tubes and patches out of his arm and other areas of the body. "I feel fine," he said regarding to Destiny's worry over the vampires finding him. He then tried to climb out of the bed, but winced in pain due to his overall soreness.

"Well where are my things, who here knows what I am, and how long will I be stuck here?" Rex asked Yukki while sitting up in the bed.

Right as the hunter went to leave Tramer aimed one of his guns at her, aiming for the back of her head Tramer went to pull the trigger, after a moment of so Tramer gave a irritated growl before quickly turning both his guns back to the vampires in front of him them still not seeing he had got behind them, six shots fallowed, the silencers making it so the sound didn’t travel fare, thou from all the assault rifle fire from before had attracted attention of its own, hearing the sound or sirens Tramer ran for it, the heavy rain washing the blood from his claws and attire. Deciphering into the city Tramer proceeded to start his rounds, after finding and torturing several rebel vampires Tramer managed to find and kill three hunters, thou before killing the last hunter Tramer got a bit of useful information from the dieing man, he told Tramer that changeling had been in a car accident of sorts and was recuperating in a local hospital, changelings having became such a problem recently Tramer couldn’t pass up the opportunity to catch one off its feet. The night coming to an end Tramer made his way to a local safe house, catching a quick bit of sleep Tramer rested for the fight to come.

Waking up long before sun down Tramer made his way into the sewer systems were he proceeded to head toward the hospital the hunter had told him the wounded changeling was at, before leaving the safe house several spies working for Constance spoke with Tramer telling him of several members of the hunters that held intriguing mental abilities, hearing this Tramer new he would have to take extra causation. Making it to the hospital just before sun down Tramer made his way into the hospital throw a series of maintenance tunnels, once inside the hospital Tramer what’d patently for the sun to set, once down Tramer made his way through the hospital undetected, having encountered other physiques before in his centuries of being a vampire Tramer had mastered the skill of making his mind appear as something it wasn’t, thou this would fool any quick brush over if they were to examine his mind more closely a experienced physique would be able to weed out the fabrication, making his mind appear as a member of the hospital staff Tramer made his way to the hospital’s records room, once inside Tramer began to rummage around in the computer system looking at all entrees to the hospital between the time frame the accident most likely took place, quickly finding what he was looking for Tramer smirked contently “third floor, room 313” Tramer said quickly leaving the records room and making his way through the hospital.

Tramer had taken his time getting into the hospital and rummaging through the records, the time now was 3:15, silently entering room 313 Tramer almost gave a slight chuckle recognizing the changeling, not only was he a important changeling he was the changelings leader, his death would significantly stop the changelings influence in this war possibly even making it possible to convince the changelings to region the vampires, thou as Tramer went to reach for his sword he hesitated just as his hand touched the hilt, beep, beep, beep, the sound was almost hypnotic as Tramer almost went into a trance state as images of his passed played through his mind, showing his teeth frustrated he was allowing himself to be distracted he quickly reached for one of his guns, the silencer giving the gun a strange silo wet on the rooms wall from the light from the many monitors glow, pulling back the hammer Tramer aimed for the changelings head, thou once again he found himself hesitating unable to take the shot, a bit confused Tramer lowered the gun slowly letting the hammer fall back into place, Tramer holstered the gun with an exhausted sigh, grabbing a medical clip board Tramer flipped over the chart, the then brought his index finger to his mouth using one of his fangs to p***k his finger Tramer preceded to write a message in blood, “agents my better judgment I am spearing your friends life, if you are interested in a proposal meet me in center of Central Park at 12:00am, bring as many people as you wish” Tramer wrote signing his name at he bottom, taking one last look at the injured changeling Tramer quickly left the room making his way out of the hospital, once out Tramer made his way onto the streets planning on going out and looking for a good meal.

After a few seconds of trying to detect the scent of the vampire, but unfortunatly he came up some what empty handed. It seemed that the vampire had not exited on the ground and it was rather windy out so the possibility of detecting and airborne smell was close to zero. He however could hear foot steps eminating from down the block. Using his silver coat as camoflauge against the grey concrete he swiftly glided along the surface without making the slightest sound. Rex pounced from one shadow to another till he could get a clear view of the convience store a young, petite girl had entered. Figuring that she would be a choice target for a vampire he hunkered back into the corner of a door step and waited in the shadows for her to emerge.

"She looks familiar," Rex thought to himself as he waited for any sign of either her or the vampire. He felt safe in his corner because he was protected on all sides by concrete, maysonry and brick except for one. This was fine however because f he were to be attacked he could see it coming.

Constance perched on the top of an old building on the outskirts of town and closed her eyes. She could scence so many things that did not make sence to her. Visions that did not come to pass and places she had never seen. What was amiss with the world she once knew? Sighing, she pulled her new plans out of her pack and looked them over, thinking of how to improve them. She scribbled something down, then looked over the landscape. She was no longer the ruler of this place, but she soon would be. And the world besides.

((sorry sad …I had a bit of catching up to do and I got a bit carried away sweatdrop , I was just making an overdramatic dramallama entrance and in a way a sign of “friendship” twisted lol. Thou wouldn’t it also be bordering godmoding to say you could find me wherever I was no mater what I was doing to avoid you? But it doesn’t mater anyway domokun , sorry for not giving you all a better chance to reply cheese_whine ))

Tramer found himself on top of one the many skyscrapers littering the city, knelling on the edge looking down to the streets below, after leaving the hospital Tramer had made his rounds of the city and to his shock he encountered several extremely large groups of newly turned vampires, mindless monsters as Tramer considered them. A little known fact known only by maybe a few veteran hunters was that when a human is first turned they go into a “blood rage” as it has been called for centuries, there sudden thirst overpowering them and sending them on a mindless killing spree, for the most part the blood rage only last for a week or two but in some rare cases it has lasted for months. The fact so many of these new vampires were roaming the streets feeding was a sign that the rouges were being reckless, when feeding there was one strict rule to fallow, this was either to kill you query after feeding so as not to turn them, or if you wished to turn them to bring them to a safe house were they could be bound and feed till the blood rage wore off, Tramer new well if this outbreak was not contained soon the new vampires could easily overrun the city, thou Tramer was still loyal to Constance her plans would be useless if the humans of this city were to be wiped out, knowing well other vampires would not approve of an alliance with the hunters no matter the motives, Tramer new he would be on his own with no hope of assistance if the hunters were to try and kill during the meeting tomorrow night, looking up at the sky relating the time from the stars Tramer new it would be morning soon, not having any resign to stay out he started making his way to the closest safe house.
