Hmm.. Would there bee a glitch card that causes one item equipped to a user to become useless? Not discarded, but it's effect is no longer valid. The weird glowing green glitch.

Possibly; with the numer of glitches Gaia has had over time, there are near-enddless possibilities for Browse Cards... 3nodding
I'm trying to figure out how many of each type I'll have in my deck. At this point, it's kind of hard to do that, but I'm starting to think 30 card decks really are just.. too small. Right under that line of acceptable.

It does limit your options a tad, but it makes decks more reliable, and faster. Whether or not that's a good thing, though, is yet to be decided...
I don't think you'll ever get a chance to use the Angelic Halo(Effectively). I think the game will be over before you can pay for it.

Unless you stock your deck up with Black Lotus Pink magical Giftbox... 3nodding

Well, that's really hard to do without being able to test it all. I don't know how much you gold you gain per turn, so I don't know what turn you can expect to get things in. Items altogether should cost less, methinks, since they're useless without users (Heh heh), so you have to have already spent gold before you can even start saving up for the items. Also, the fact that you have a card (the Halo) that costs 50 times another card (the Beggar) seems a tad excessive...

I'm thinking of going down to a smaller scale. +10 gold per turn. Most things won't cost more that 40 or so.

Hmm. I was kind of assuming 10/turn, since the Beggar card sounds like something that should be able to come out fast, like 1st or 2nd turn. Also, knowing what the object of the game is might help me know how fast or slow game speed is supposed to go... sweatdrop

I think we decided to steal Magic's system on that subject. I'm not exactly sure what the point is, but you win by decreasing your opponents HP to 0(From 20 or something).

Lit - Damage you will deal after attacking
Wit - Some cards will have A min/max Wit requirement to be played.
Int - Your User's HP
Spam - Higher Spam means you attack first in a battle.

Well, you can list the stats in order of how good they are. Assuming it works how I think it does: Spam is better than Lit, which is better than Int, which is better than Wit. Which means that a high-Wit user would have to have almost twice as much Wit as a high-Spam user's Spam. Attack is always worht more than defense, so there's not much we can do about that; until I know how Spam works exactly, I can't say for sure there either. And until I see how many items require Wit (and how important those items are to the game), it's hard to judge there, too... sweatdrop

I suppose I see your point now.

I'm going to go for a bit. I feel a headache coming, and I want to try and avoid that.

Alright, another long post. Well, here goes:

GCDer ????(G)
User
Lit 2 |This user gets
Int 2 |+1 Lit for
Spam 1 |each Gaia card
Wit 0 |in play.

Beggar ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |When this user
Int 1 |deals damage to
Spam 3 |a player, you
Wit 0 |gain 10(G).

EDer ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |This user gets
Int 3 |+1 Lit for
Spam 0 |each Post in
Wit 1 |your History.

Artist ????(G)
User
Lit 0 |Other users
Int 1 |get +1 Spam.
Spam 1 |
Wit 3 |

Exchanger ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |When you
Int 2 |sellback an
Spam 2 |Item, you
Wit 0 |gain 10(G)

Author ????(G)
User
Lit 3 |Other users
Int 1 |get +1 Lit.
Spam 0 |
Wit 1 |

Poet ????(G)
User
Lit 2 |Other users
Int 1 |get +1 Wit.
Spam 0 |
Wit 2 |

Bumper ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |When this user
Int 0 |posts a post
Spam 3 |you gain 10(G).
Wit 1 |

The Troll ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |When this user
Int 3 |quotes a post,
Spam 1 |deal 1 damage
Wit 0 |to its poster.

GDer ????(G)
User
Lit 2 |When this user
Int 1 |is blocked,
Spam 2 |you gain 10(G).
Wit 0 |

Roleplayer ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |When you play
Int 1 |a Browse, you
Spam 0 |gain 10(G).
Wit 3 |

Gamer ????(G)
User
Lit 1 |Other users
Int 3 |get +1 Int.
Spam 0 |
Wit 1 |

Lurker ????(G)
User
Lit 3 |This user can't
Int 2 |attack or be
Spam 0 |the target of
Wit 0 |posts.

I've been working specifically on users, since I think we need more of those; the game's kind of based on them. I'm afraid we may need to cut back on the number of items, as well; we had like 27 of those, and only about 11 users. I think there are 13 users on this list (most of them are from those original 11; I don't remember which 2 I made up), so I'll have to come up with some more...

The only stat you can have 0 of is Wit, and I guess Spam also. I have them listed on the cards in importance;
Lit (Atk)
Int (Hp)
Spam (Speed)
Wit (Used for other stuff)

The speed rating works like haste in Magic I guess. The attacking player would choose a User to attack and a User to be attacked, of those two the one with the higher Spam would do damage first.

Costs will definitely be rethought.
