Naruto, sillies. I just love his smile.... but other than that, he has an overall good attitude, just the right level of pervyiness, which Jiraiya would be proud of [R.I.P. Jiraiya - You were an inspiration to us all TT__TT], his kindness & love for his companions & pretty much everyone else, and a big heart. <3
There are plenty of other things I can name about him, but I just woke up from a long slumber, and I'm feeling a bit groggy, since it's past the afternoon here. [Yea, I kinda fell asleep at 10:30 AM] =_=""
He may be annoying, but I also like that. He hasn't lost his childish ways [well actually, Sasuke kind of broke his heart... He's more mature right now, due to heartbreak ^^""], and I think that's a good thing. I have a lot of admiration set on the boy, even if he's just a character from a hit manga/anime. ^^

Oi, and I also like Sai [Yesh, the man who frequently makes fun at Naruto's manhood xD]. For a girl, Temari & Sakura. Temari is just too cool, and Sakura is special in her own aspects.
Jiraiya, too..... And Itachi..... Itachi was a good man, with a clever, calculating mind & a heart that is the size of Naruto's. It's just a shame that he died a horrible death, and all for his brother Sasuke [Still, I don't bear a grudge on the poor, misguided boy.].
Rest in Peace, Uchiha Itachi & Ero-Sennin!!! And bless your souls. TT__TT

I would say Sakon, his attitude is awesome. I wish he had more of a role. Kimimaro and Kabuto are close seconds.
