one of my donaters had bought gold off of some site or another, I only found that out the day after he traded with me. because I complained to him about me being banned only then did he confess

I didn't think nothing of it when he sent that much gold because he had always bragged to me about the amount of gold that he had. how much gold, and why did you get banned if he is the one that bought that gold? apparently, this has happened to quite a few people. go to this link and sign the petition. unnecessary account banning

On October 28th my main account ShuTohma was banned for gaining gold from other ways other then posting and exploring Gaia. I've tried to send an inquiry but have yet to get an answer. I had just gained a CoCo Kitty through my quest thread the day before ShuTohma was banned so you can see that I'm upset. I would just like to know the reason as to why my account was banned. Even If I don't get my account back I will still enjoy Gaia, but I have donated to Gaia and had yet to even open the thank you letters. Please if you can just let me know why I was banned. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. Toh-shu aka. ShuTohma That account was banned for purchasing Gaia gold for real life currency. If you wish to protest the ban, you will need to send in a General Account Inquiry feedback form. PiercedPrincess Gaia Online Moderator Like I said before I've done that already but have got no response, and I don't want to pester anyone by sending a second one. Should I send a second another Inquiry? Toh-shu How long ago did you send in a feedback form? I sent it on October 31st using ShuTohma to submit the feedback form. Give it another week before submitting a new form, just in case the Halloween event has caused a backlog. The admins tend to be very busy with the event.
