Letting out a long suffering sigh Rufus stoppped and looked down at the small child. If she wouldn't go away he would have to do something to get her to go away.
She wanted a date, then she could have a date. Taking hold of her hand he began to drag her down the hall and towards the front door. He would take her to get ice cream and then drop her off in the living room. It would be faster then trying to deal with her stubborn streak.
Vincent did his best not to snap at Kuja as he replied "You don't understand. My mental state is not reliable. I could lose control at any point and I don't want to harm her."
It's not that he wouldn't like to help he just couldn't be sure enough to help.

A big smile grew on Yuffie's face when her hand was taken, quickly brushing her hair and clothes at a quick attempt to make herself look more presentable. "OH of COURSE I'll go on a date with you! With all the other offers I've had from the MANY boys, it's refreshing to get a real man's offer!" She called out aloud, hoping Vincent would hear it and come out to see.
"Well, you certainly aren't going to feel better if you keep thinking like that." Kuja stated casually, looking down at his nails. "It's all in the mind as they say, and it seems very true in your case... But that can be a discussion for another time..." He sighed.
He had heard the young girl's call and smiled a little more, looking back towards Vincent. "How about you come with me then? If anything does happen, I know a more then enough magic." He almost giggled, the first time he had sounded like that since his break up with Rufus, waving his fingers in the air a little in the Adult's direction.

Rolling his eyes Rufus continued to drag Yuffie down the hall and around the corner, only to find that Kuja had decided to come and get Vincent for this little horror experience.
Glaring for a moment in the direction of the other teen he kept going. This had become ludicrous and even more then slightly annoying.
Looking up when he heard the call Vincent closed his mouth around the refusal he had been about to speak. Drawing in a deep breath he shurgged and decided what could one date hurt.
"Fine." he said instead and moved to take Kuja's arm in quiet resignation.

Demented Kid Yuffie's smile grew larger into an almost evil smirk as they passed Kuja and Vincent in the Kitchen, pretending not to notice that they were even there.
Men LOVED being ignored! Or atleast, that was how to hook them! The soap opera taught her so! Kuja gave a happy smile, placing his violin on the table as he got up to take Vincent's arm. The instrument would be safe for a little while, since the date wasn't going to last too long, he guessed by the look in Rufus' eyes.
There was also no need to get dressed, as glamourous as he already was, he would usually change into something he deemed more befitting. "Shall we go then?" He grinned, happy to be on atleast one date since the break up, even if it was fake.

Walking out into the yard he ushered the kid into his car before shutting the door and turning back to the castle. What the hell?!
He watched Kuja walk out with Vincent's arm in hand. That b***h!
A small snarl curled his lip as he walked around his car and climbed into the driverseat. Turning the ignition he began out of the driveway and down the street. If this night got worse he was going to shoot someone.
Nodding in response Vincent followed Kuja out and even did his best impression of indifference when he noted the look on Rufus' face. Guess the blonde wasn't completely over the relationship.
"Looks like you are in trouble now." he said in his low voice.

Yuffie sat happily in the car, happy that her plan was finally going ahead and that Vincent would defiantly confess his love for her now! She was too happy and giggling quietly to herself that she didn't notice the look on Rufus' face when he saw the pair come out of the castle.
Kuja merely raised a perfect silver eyebrow at the blond's expression, trying to resist the temptation of shouting back at him.
"Well, it's his own fault." He replied quietly so only Vincent could hear him. "I don't see why I shouldn't date while he tries to find the perfect woman for himself.. It's only been recently I've decided to try and get over it... It's not excatly been roses."
The smile soon returned though, turning his face more towards Vincent rather then staring too long at the blond.

Taking a deep breath Rufus finally said to Yuffie "I'm taking you for ice cream then dropping you off in the house. You are to eat quickly and behave while we are out. This is your only date so don't mess it up."
He had almost choked one the word date but he knew anything else would just start thr little girl on her tyraid again.
"People should be allowed to move on. I agree." Vincent replied simply as he stopped quietly in the driveway. He didn't own a car nor did he fancy ever owning a car. If Kuja wanted to go along he would have to provide the vehicle.

The young Ninja gave a small pout, wondering why Rufus' knickers were in such a twist. It wasn't like she was asking him to marry her on anything like that! Hell, it wasn't a real date so he could still go off with his girlfriend.
She quickly smiled though as to try and keep him in the best mood possible. Not that she couldn't complain to Seraph if he was mean to her and treated her badly. "Okay! But what if I order small? Can I take my time with that?" It was logical...
"You don't mind traveling by Dragon do you?" Kuja smiled all the more, placing his pinky and index finger between slightly parted lips and giving a surprisingly loud whistle.
A musical groan was heard from what sounded a fair distance away, but no sooner had they heard the cry did the silver dragon with feathery wings glide down before the pair, landing softly on all fours.
Kuja moved forwards, tugging on Vincent's arm to follow him, letting go to get on the now crouching Dragon. "It's quite safe, I assure you."

Groaning a bit Rufus looked over at Yuffie and found he couldn't yell into that big smile. Letting out a loud breath he just replied "Yeah that sounds fair."
If he was going to have to do this he might as well just do it so she'd bugger off the next time.
Following Kuja up onto the dragon he sat down comfortably behind the teen. He didn't seem to have fear anymore. It was almost like nothing worse could happen to him so he had nothing to fear.
"I will be fine." Vincent said in the deep way he had about his voice.

"Thank you Rufus!" She beamed all the more, placing her hands on her lap and sitting straight as to try and look like a proper lady. Which felt odd to her really, but it was all part of the plan! She had to show Vincent that she could be grown up too!
"Oh good." Kuja smiled, reaching behind him and grabbing Vincent's hands, pulling them forward and rwapping them around his waist so he clung on tightly to him. He didn't care much if the male protested, it was for his own safety afterall.
Before Vincent could even try and pull away, Kuja clicked his tongue twice and the Dragon gave a beautiful cry before pushing off the ground and into the sky, Kuja bent over low so he could wrap his arms around the beast's neck.

"You're welcome." Rufus replied as he pulled up to the ice cream parlour's parking lot. Taking up a space a few slots down he got out and walked around the car to open her door for her. A date was a date.
"Stay in the car and let me open the door for you that way it looks more like a date." he said as he opened his door and got out.
Leaning in Vincent made sure to hold on tight enough but not so tight he'd hurt Kuja. It didn't bother him like it did with Reno. That was a curious thing.

Yuffie couldn't help but squeal quietly in her excitement, trying not to be too loud and overly girlish. Geez! What was happening to her? If Marluxia had only acted like this then she would be used to it!
She waited though, calming herself quickly and making herself out to be dignified even though it was just to an ice cream store. When the door was opened, she smiled politely, moving to get out and holding out her hand for Rufus to take. "Thank you Rufus!"
The journey was extremely quick due to the fact they had no traffic to worry about at all, gliding gently over the trees before the Dragon began to descend on Kuja's orders. They landed quietly in the car park so Theius had enough room to land, but he did not stop until it padded to a nearby alleyway to keep out of sight from others.
Sitting back up when the Dragon had lay itself on the floor, Kuja gave Vincent's hands a quick tap. "Time to get down!" He smiled.

Gritting his teeth Rufus took Yuffie's hand. This was getting far too out of hand. He would look like a ***** if he wasn't careful.
Helping her out of the car he shut the door and led her to the parlour's doorway.
Once inside he sat her down before asking "What would you like?"
Sliding away and then off the large reptile he landed with ease and drew his cloak back around him waiting patiently to find out what Kuja wanted to do.

Sitting down happily, Yuffie swung her legs happily under the table, hands on the surface. "I'll have a double scoop of Vanilla and Mint please! Extra rainbow sprinkles! Mmmmm!"
Even as she ordered, she couldn't help herself but glance around to see if Vincent had indeed followed.
Sliding off the Dragon and giving him a quick pat on the neck, Kuja soon turned to Vincent while correcting his wavy hair, making sure it was perfect after the small journey they had. "Shall we go in?" He breathed, moving to Vincent's side and grabbing his arm with both his hands.

"That isn't small." Rufus stated in a flat tone. If that was her idea of small she was in for a big surprise when she grew up and everything went to her butt.
Looking down at Kuja he nodded again and started off towards the parlour. Vincent couldn't be sure but he thought maybe the teen was hitting on him.
A small smile tugged at his lips but he never let it grow to it's fullest. It was nice to know even as a monster he was still slightly attractive.
