Zoma blinked in utter surprise at her new friend's reaction, eyes silently following the blue hyena as she danced around. "Really?" She asked, unsure even while a familiar smile began to spread on her features. "I didn't think I was... I mean, I didn't get as close as you did and it didn't snap and me and all.... but... really?" Now she grinned, her black tail swishing back and forth from the acclaim and praise she had received.
The black and white hyena glanced at the partly submerged creature - making sure it wasn't plotting some ninja move or something while the two females chatted - before returning her relieved and more gleeful gaze back to Bluu. "So, what else is there that we can do for today? 'cause I'm ... really out of ideas when it comes to stuff outside the graveyard and stuff."

Bluu grinned as Zoma's face slowly lit up, appreciating the praise the blue hyena gave her.
"Of course!" She laughed. "Everyone is brave in their own way... it took a lot of courage for you to get as close as you did, even if it wasn't as close as I did. And you had that thing just STARING at you!" Laughter rolled from her as she bounced in place, slapping her paws on the ground in her mirth.
When her laughter started to fade, Bluu llicked her jaws as she paused to think. An ache in her stomach reminded her of every creature's daily need and she smiled, lifting her nose to sniff at the air.
"What about we go find some food, eh?" She offered up the idea with a glint in her eye, anticipating more fun to come if the females paired up in a little hunting trip.

Zoma glowed from the reassurance, it was one thing to gain compliments but have them really meant was new and fantastic - from all her time living in the graveyard she of course rarely received them or if they were uttered they were said in a mocking manner. They weren't very nice even if they were a kind of family and a pack... and as her pack, she learned to not expect much from them. But Ms. Blue was nice, confident and meant every word she said, it was a nice change to meet someone like her - she was maybe the second or third now? But Bubbles was a little scattered brained and hard to understand at times.
"Food sounds good! Where can we go for that besides basically anywhere?" Zoma giggled, bouncing a little in place, having not noticed her own stomach beginning to rumble. She hadn't had anything really fresh in a while, and having a companion could mean something bigger than her usual diet of rabbits or near dead things that stumbled in; or random limbs on the ground left by messy pack mates or intruders.

The other female laughed as she rolled her shoulders, her white tail wiggling behind her.
"I think we'll find something soon enough." She laughed as she bounced in a circle, her nose lifted to scent the air. Her tongue lolled happily from her jaws, fangs flashing.
Zoma said she didn't want to go too far from the graveyard, and they were pretty far now... probably better start heading back now. A hunt would be a good way to retrace their steps a little.
"This way!" She called out with a laugh as she took off back the way they'd come and a little to the side, planning on going a little out of the way. "Last one to see a prey beast is elephant dung!" Bluu teased as she ran into the grass.
