At first though Azure freaked out because she wasn't responding to him, that's how panic'd he was, he completely forgot she could respond to him. With Azure's face as close as it was to Dyas' he could feel that there was no breath escaping her mouth. "Dyas..." he sighed. He needed to make her breathe, but how? Azure pushed on her chest hoping that would help. He knew there were other ways to help Dyas breathe. "C'mon I don't know what I'm doing!" Azure shouted in aggravation. Azure moved his mouth closer to Dyas, He was unsure whether to breath in or breathe out. Azure gently pushed on her chest one last time with his hand before putting his mouth against Dyas and breathing out. He hoped it would work.

"Come on dyas...open your eyes, this is almost scary now. Open your eyes!" Her body wasn't responding. Outside, she heard a muffled voice, so far away. Azure was leaving her for help? She was going to die alone in an underground cave-water pushed up into her throat, harsh and cold. Her hand weakly rose and pushed against Azure's chest, head jerking to the side out of the unknown lip lock to cough. The water pooled out around her cheek, leaving the female shivering, her heart beating so hard. Her silver eye slipped to the side, looking up at azure slowly through half closed lids, his chest so hot under her hand. He...he was still there?

Azure jumped back when she coughed so that he was kneeling at her side. Coughing wasn't all that great, but it was a lot better then not doing anything at all. He was shaking from the fear and adrenaline that had flooded over his system "Dyas...?" Azure saw her eyes partially opened and he hoped that she was feeling better now. He moved his hand over her mouth so he could feel if any air was coming out of it now.

He was still there. Slowly, Dyas forced her arms to extend, pushing her upper body up, soft purple hair cascading down like a shimmering curtain. Covering her as she coughed up more water, threatening to rip her throat raw. Her arms quivered under the wait, but she slowly looked at him and smiled. Right before she moved those trempling arms around the male, tightly hugging him. It was scary. It was very, scary

When Azure realized that Dyas was trying to push herself up he put an arm under her back to help her in case she might be weak from what happened. He was still worried sick about her, but at least now that she was trying to help herself up his fear calmed some. "Dyas... I was so worried." Azure told her as he embraced the teen girl who was already wrapped around him. He didn't know what he would do if... no, he didn't even want to think about that.

Her eyes closed, arms tightening around him in apology.It was her fault afterall...gasping underwater. That was simply brilliant. So she nodded into his shoulder, her entire body quivering against him. She held on until it subsided, not daring to try and seperate from her comfort place until she had settled down again. Her dual colored eyes opened and her arms fell away, body shifting back. She looked around the cave, still as beautiful as ever. Stone walls, the glow worms lighting the area even as it reflected the water all around them. It gave the place an almost ethreal feeling. A great place to just sit and think.

Azure hadn't even had time to look around the cave when he had risen from the surface. He hadn't noticed much at all except for Dyas, now that she seemed to be doing better Azure was able to glance about the cave. It was an interesting place, the way it was hidden through the water. The way it was luminescent glow that filled the place almost seemed romantic, except that Azure couldn't be thinking about romantics right now. He was silent though, he couldn't think of anything to say or do except breathe and hold onto Dyas.

Arms falling away, it took her a whole three seconds to realize Azure was still holding onto her. She deeply blushed, looking up at the male before returning her hold around him. Just an innocent embrace, her head curling under his chin to listen to his steady heartbeat. Bum bum. Bum Bum. She closed her eyes, her entire body relaxing. She...she oddly liked this. It just...seemed so normal to her, though her father had never held her like this. She tried to put every feeling, every sound, every movement into memory, tucking it away to take it out again on another day.

For Azure, he was just innocently holding her as a friend. It felt good to hold onto someone close after being so scared as he had just been. "Are you... you're feeling better now right?" Azure asked Dya, breaking the silence that had succumbed the cave. When he noticed Dyas' head against his chest is heart rate increased slightly. He felt slightly guilty then that he hadn't told Dyas and that he still had whatever feelings he had for her.

She nodded sleepily, in a smooth sort of calm. Much better. The calm faded back into reality though as her eyes slipped open, blinking. Bum..bum-bum, bum-bum, bum-bum. Huh? Her head tilted up, looking at the blue angelic worriedly. Was he okay? He couldnt have gotten sick that quickly...

Azure smiled when he felt Dyas nod her head, "Thats good." he whispered, trying his best to internally calm down and push all the things bothering him away. He couldn't let Dyas know, she'd be... well he actually didn't know how she'd be. For all Azure knew she'd take it quite well, but he didn't know and thats what made him scared to tell her. Azure looked down at Dyas' eyes blinking up at him. "What's wrong?" he asked her, forgetting to make the question more specific.

She slowly pulled her head back to look at him better, looking up at him as she thought of how to ask. Often she was so limited to what she could say, and then further on what she wanted to convey. Slowly she removed an arm from him, her other still loose around his waist. The tips of her fingers touched his chest, right over his heart. Just a light touch. Everything about Dyas spoke of a light gentleness.

Azure watched Dyas thinking about the question he asked, realizing its faults. So he gave her time to think of a solution, his eyes moved away from her to the cave ceiling. When he felt her move he looked back down and noticed she was pointing at his heart. "My heart?" Azure gulped, was she asking him if he loved her? He certainly didn't know how to answer that. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice a little shaky.

She nodded at first before silently sighing. Her finger tips bounced on his chest, a calm, steady beat. Bounce...bounce...bounce...bounce. She sped it up then. Bounce. Bounce. Bounce. Bounce.

Azure was confused at first, but then he slowly began to understand. Mostly because he could feel his heart pounding up against his sternum the whole time. "Oh my heart beat..." Azure wondered how he could explain it to her. "I just got nervous I guess." He knew that she'd probably find a way to ask him why so he just continued. "I can't forget about what happened last time we were together." His voice dropped to a low whisper.
