Eliana couldn't hold back a derisive snort. "Oh yeah, you ARE a swift one, aren't you, Hakan? Take after your dear uncle, I see..." She snickered a bit, knowing all too well of the hostility between the two, especially that hatred that radiated from the young woman. Wouldn't hurt to drive the jab a little deeper.
"In fact, I see a lot of similarities between the two of you. However, not always good aspects," she trailed off, still fingering the beer bottle in her hands in a seemingly thoughtful manner. Her eyes narrowed, shining with a dangerous light as she continued. "You see, you both share a common flaw as well. Perhaps you should be more careful in choosing your battles. There are some that you just can't win, no matter how confident you are."
Grip tightening around the neck of the beer bottle, Eliana's voice dropped lower. "I'd especially watch trying to threaten me, dear girlie. You have no idea what you might be getting yourself into. And if you ask me...you've gotten yourself into quite enough trouble already..."
After trailing off mysteriously, Eliana shook her head and finished off the last of her beer with a deep swig. "Listen, in the real world, nothing is free. You'd do well to learn that and quickly. If you want something, you have to pay for it. And, dearie, let me tell you...I'm not sure you can afford it." She smirked, knowing all too well that the fiery young Hakan wasn't about to let this go. The question was, how far was she willing to take it...?
Eliana's sharp eyes had not neglected to notice that they were drawing an even greater crowd. Allowing herself the briefest hint of a grin, she couldn't help but think that this could definitely make things more interesting.

"I wouldn't have a clue." Phil replied, deadpan. Of course he'd seen her come in, a little amused now at the number of people congregated there.
He tapped her softly on the head with the broom too, a smirk on his face. "Down, girl. We have bedrooms for that sort of thing." His grin was quite lewd now, an evil twinkle in his eye as he removed Kira's hands from his face. "Quite a show we have here." Phil said to her, watching the two girls facing off with steadily increasing interest.
"Who would you be betting on, Kira?" Phil chuckled. "The odds-on favorite would be Samantha, given her intimidating workout routine, but the surprising newcomer Eliana presents a wildcard." The janitor spoke like a bookmaker sizing up two racehorses or prizefighters.
"I could probably source a collapsible holding cylinder and general purpose body lubricant to liven up the atmosphere here."

Anya herd another Fimiliar voice she turned to see Kira as she looked at her talking with the other male she finialy got the bag of apple slices open and pulled out a slice of green apple and ate it happly as she walked over to Phil and Kira. hearing the question the Phil asked who was going to win Anya answered
"Glinda is going to win Sir there is no question good always wins agenst Evil and trust me that other person is a witch pure evil and if Gliinda wants it I will bring her a big bucket of water to use to melt the witch with." She then moved closer to Kira and wispered. "Witches melt when they tuch water it is poison to them." she nooded with a smile on her face

Kira was still smilling brightly up at Phil, even as he removed her hands and made the pass. Of course, being the person she was, She was fully unaware of whether there was an underlying message there. She just assumed that Phil was fully joking.
"Very true, but the bedrooms sort of give me the creeps. If we go to one, it's ganna be yours." She winked lightheartedly at him. The true reason behind her not wanting him in her room was Lestat; the little bugger could only stay so long in a closet.
Turning to look at the commotion going on, she hooked an arm into Phil's and gave a small yawn. "Well, I'm not betting on anyone, especially since I don't know who's who.... But the agrivated one is probably going to lose. If she can't keep a clear mind, she's going to get sloppy in her fighting and leave plenty of openings...." It was typically how behavior and emotions played their roles in everything. She looked back up at him, puzzled. "What would the lubricant be good for?"
Upon seeing the certain flaming red hair, Kira knew immediately who the young girl was. "Hey Anya, how's your head feeling?" She made a mental note NOT to touch the poor girl's head; she didn't want to repeat anything. Leaning to Phil, she whispered to him. "Who the hell is Glinda?"

Perhaps, even with the evening's drama, Samantha would have been able to let this altercation go with little more than a few exchanged words before returning to her room to slowly cool down.
But the b***h had to bring the 'beast' into this...
Practically snarling, Samantha whirled back on the orange-haired woman, hands clenched into fists. "What sort of trouble might that be, hmm? Perhaps I'm not the only one who needs to learn to choose her battles more carefully..." Cracking her knuckles threateningly, Samantha had been too preoccupied to either notice the new arrivals or care about what anyone else in the room was doing or thinking.
She was tired, pissed, stressed out...and in serious need of some stress-relief. Something in the form of violence would be good about now.
-----------
Eliana grinned maliciously at the Hakan woman's reaction. Far too easy. Without a second thought or glance, she gripped the beer bottle neck tightly before smashing the glass bottle on the edge of the nearest table.
"Oh, no worries about me. I know what I'm doing...and I pick this fight."

"Lubricant can be used for many things but you typically slather it all over the two girls fighting and that makes it more.... challenging." Phil replied to Kira very matter-of-factly. He watched the two girls attempt to argue, then watched as it rapidly degenrated into a near-violent confrontation.
Phil's eyebrows went up, an amused smile on his face. He unhooked his arm from Kira's and grabbed her hand. "Stay behind me." Without any further hesitation he was behind Sam, a grin that suggested he was up to no good upon his face. "Well, well, ma'am. Looks like you could use a hand." He took a risk and circled around her, tilting his cap slightly and leaning in close- his guard up as always when he approached a girl like this. "You don't necessarily have to fight this one by yourself, you know. I could maybe help you out here and arrange some kind of 'return payment' later on. The two of us together could probably knock her flat. End of story." He grinned. "I couldn't stand having that pretty face of yours take any damage from a little indiscretion like this."

Anya touched the new bandage not remembering when it was changed. "My head feels ok angel thank you for asking about it though it still hurts a little bit especialy when you friend tapped me on the head." she said looking at phil angerly though anya looking angry looked funnier than it did intimidating.
Jumping back scared when she herd the sound of breaking glass Anya looked at Sam worried for the other girls safty. "We got to go help Glinda befor the witch hurts her and Sir." she wanted to help she started to step closer though she also wanted to give sam space Sam had saved her life and she would do any thing to help her. "Glinda please do not get hurt."

Kira let out a small yelp hearing the glass shatter, and her hand clenched to Phil's, her eyes wide. She didn't need to be told twice to stand behind him, and she gently used her other hand to grab to his shirt from behind. As oblivious as she could be, there was no mistaken the Phil and she were going right into the line of fire. Hearing Phil talking to Sam, she cautiously peeked her face out and looked at both girls, her green eyes taking in everything. Eventually they settled on Sam, holding a concerned look for her.

Koorie saw that the young girl with the bandages was starting to head for the fight, and with the broken glass around, it probably was far from the best course of action to be taken. Moving swiftly, her robe billowing out behind her, she quickly made her way to Anya, and grabbed her by the arm. Looking emotionlessly down at the young girl, her voice was cold and hallow. "This is her fight, and you're injured enough. I don't think it would be best if you interfered."
Mentally, she was praying that this wouldn't end up as another Kira. Something about Kira gave her this nagging feeling that no matter what she tried, the damned girl wouldn't give up on her and would continue to follow her around. Speaking of Kira, Koorie's eyes shot over to the girl, who'd attached herself to Phil and was looking rather lost, confused, and worried. She snorted and shook her head. "I hope that idiot knows what she's doing..."

The flash of movement out of the corner of her eye was all it took for Samantha's fists to shoot up in a defensive posture. When she realized this was not her intended target she started to lower her hands...raising them again when she realized who it was. "What the hell do you want?"
She listened quietly to his offer, before shrugging it off dismissively. "I don't need help. I'm happy to take this one, in fact. I can take care of myself. Plus, this is my fight and I don't let others fight my battles for me." Her voice was steely and she never let her eyes leave those of her opponent only feet away while she spoke these lines.
However, even through her fury and pride, something he'd said had caught her attention. Her curiosity at least, and for that, she'd put the fight aside for a minute at most...
"Wait a minute...why are you offering to help me? Why take my side and not hers?" Eyes narrowing suspiciously at the janitor, she continued, realizing she probably didn't want to know the answer to this question, but she had to ask anyway. "And what did you mean by 'return payment' exactly?"
----------
Eliana's eyes had narrowed in similar suspicion. Why was that sleazy guard interfering? If nothing else, he should have been eager as any male to watch two females get into a catfight. Why would he stop them now?
Why the hell was he out to ruin her fun?

Phil grinned deviously, a plan apparently forming in his mind. "Well I'm helping you because you're hotter." He ducked over to her other side, like some demented shoulder devil. "And by return payment, you know." He tugged Kira to his side and grinned. "I'm always looking for a third or even a fourth person to join in my games."
When that was greeted with a pause, he leaned in and whispered into Sam's ear to make himself abundantly clear.
"I mean think about it. If we laid out little Miss Liver Damage here, I bet we could drag her off and make her number four, sucks to be her if she doesn't want to be." He turned and batted his eyelids at Eliana in a disgustingly cute fashion. "I happen to be good with knots." He added matter-of-factly.
Then to add the icing on the cake, he grabbed Kira under one arm, Sam under the other, and roughly pulled them all in together. "So does that sound like a fair trade?"

Kira was SO confused at this point in time, and she looked up at Phil. "I don't get it.... are we going to play uno? Oh! Or maybe we're playing marbles, that can be a fun game." She was comfortably snuggled into his side, however.
Sweatdroping as she was pulled into the group 'hug', for lack of a better word, she looked up at Phil worried. She wondered what was going through her friend's mind, normally you didn't get in the middle of a fistfight, even SHE knew that.
She couldn't, however, help getting a good whiff of Sam, and she looked to the girl with a nervous smile. "Your hair smells really nice..." She was ready to say ANYTHING to keep from feeling to awkward at the situation.

Immediately, Samantha tensed and snarled, roughly shoving the janitor as far away from her as possible. She never considered Kira at the time, but belatedly regretted her actions and hoped she hadn't accidentally hurt her in the process...
And what was with that comment...about her hair? Was the child daft? Samantha hadn't thought so before, but then again...if she didn't realize what sort of conversation was taking place and under the current circumstances...
Wait...hadn't Shawn said something about someone named Kira before? A girl who liked clinging to people, if she recalled. Yeah, this girl seemed to fit the description...had to be the same one. Afterall, how many people like that could there be on the island?
"That's not what he's talking about at all, dear," she sneered, still directing her disgust at Phil even while speaking to Kira. "And I'd recommend that you keep your distance from this one. He's bad news."
"As for you," she whirled on Phil again with a snarl. "You keep FAR away from me, you f&@#ing sicko." Her eyes were narrowed dangerously as if making sure he knew her threat was serious. She hesitated only a second before adding for emphasis, "You know everyone and everything that goes on around here, right? Well, give Dameon my regards."
Then, the young woman whirled on the orange-haired punk once more. Even the momentary incident with Phil and Kira had served as a distraction from her rage towards Eliana. She wasn't exactly happy about the situation, but her head was back on straight now. She'd almost let her temper lead her into doing something stupid again, but with time, she'd stepped back to re-evaluate the situation. No, a fight here, especially in front of lab staff was a bad idea. Especially unarmed. She'd wait for better conditions to present themselves, but then... She grinned. "You and I will settle this later. Have no doubts that we will, but perhaps you'd better rethink your own position. Where exactly do your true loyalties lie?"
With that, she turned and stalked away from the 'battlefield', muttering something like, '...I've had enough of you people for tonight...'

"Dameon? Would you like me to pass on your regards with my knee then?" He chuckled, hinting that, yes, he did indeed know everything...
Phil knew his timing, by any man's standards, was way off to proposition someone, but he wasn't keen to see Eliana tear up Sam's face with a broken bottle. Now hand-to-hand jelly wrestling, that was a different story. He watched in resignation as Sam stormed away, his shallow, unrepentant streak wondering when he'd get another chance to get her clothes off. The janitor sighed, "They always play hard to get at first." He glanced at Kira and raised an eyebrow. "Almost always." He muttered.
He honestly hadn't expected the young woman to attack with poor Kira so close. Perhaps he had misjudged her anger management. Oh well, everything else had come off more or less as expected. He grinned cruelly, sensing, as he always did, things falling into place for him, even when he had no plans at the time to further his own agenda. He said nothing of his plans, but did turn to face Eliana, an airy, emptyheaded look on his face as though what he'd done was nothing more than a genuine attempt to get into Sam's pants.
