he takes a blast in the head making him dazed as he tries to stand again he fall send an answer to her thoughts we are doing this for the torment you caused me one year ago today then as if to show her what he was talking about he changed into his vampire form bleeding from his thigh as he stay and jumps to the tavern roof

She heard his message in her head and she thought back but she couldnt remember what he as talking about, she watched as he changed into a vampire, she gasped, she had never seen someone who was a hybrid, she watched him and she stared, she then said out loud "i dont know what your talking about" she then flew up higher, hoping she was out of her reach, maybe he was a bounty hunter after her to take her home, she hissed getting angry,

no longer wanting to use thought and figuring a voice would help her remember " one year ago tonight i was walking toward this mansion all i wanted was to work for some food and then be one my way I at time wanted nothing to do with humans any more than i needed to and when I asked you if I could help you with the package you had in your hands you turned and attacked me and drained half of my blood it was you that feed that night and you were in know danger from me and then you left me in the woods for dead or as a marker to any one else that came near.
I have followed you here and bought this place watching every thing you made hating you at first for what you did but as time went by with me waiting for the time to attack and make you suffer I have started to..............."
stops his words there and waits to see what her response was

She listened to what he was saying and then she frowned trying to remember the time he was talking about, she couldnt remember that didnt sound like her at all but then a year ago she wasnt the oerson she was now, she continued to stare at him trying to remember him but she for the life of her couldnt "if and im saying if it was me i am deeply sorry, i was going through a badtime over a year ago and dont remember much it and..." she stopped and finished to herself, the parts i do remember i wish i could forget..

he duck behind the smoke stack changes back to his normal self and gets dress seeing that she truly did not recall he comes back to view and say
"this I can see now and I will forget it my self I have let the anger in me go I saw you training and figured i would give you a little more challenge for that and see if you did know who i was there was one thing i did leave out at the time i told you my name and once again I will be polite Miss Winter and tell you mine they call me Firebird" with that even though she is out of range he holds out his hand as the left leg of his pants are becoming soaked in blood

She stares at him and watches as he disappears behind the smoke stack then she watched him, and listened as he talked "Firebird..." she said testing the name on her lips, to see if she could remember it and then it hit her from what he said earlier "your the one who has been following me and watching me, i thought it was bounty huntrs coming to get me for what i did" she said feeling slightly relieved, she flew down and landed on the roof but not close to him and then she crumples as she places her weight on her bad ankle, she cries out...

rushes to grab her and keep her from falling to the ground two stories down

She moved from his touch and said "no i can do it," she then jumped from the roof, her wings flapped and she lowered slowly to the ground, until her uninjured foot was touching the ground,

still bleeding from hi leg he jumps down and lands and falls face first into the tree stump because his leg had gone week he lands right next to the knife she used on him picking it up he hands it to her smiling as he now was bleeding from his for head" damn that hurt and I believe this is yours"

She took her knife from him and said "i bet that hurt," then she lift passed him using her wings more then walking, she went towards her cabin, instead of into the bar where he had said had directed her, she dismissed him from mind and thought serves him right sneaking up on me when i was training...

She flies feeling the episode coming over her she just hoped she made it inside before he saw it, she could feel it starting ot affect her, her wings drooped and she was now limping more then flying, she just made it to the door and managed to open it and fall inside and slam the door as it came over her, she bit her lip to stop fro crying out, she whimpered and groaned, and curled into a little ball..

noticing the way her walk changed he stops at her door but did not knock listened not hearing any thing more than whimper he continues to his cabin even though he wanted to help her she made it clear to him he was not yet worthy to touch her

he had not gotten more than ten feet from her door when he heard her scream he turned and ran back to her place and knocks loudly an the door "Miss Winter are you alright? "
