Ararashi steadied him self on a branch above the leaf village. the wind rustled his hair. suddenly he leaped down and dived to the roof of the roof of a house. he stood up, examining his surroundings. he leaped into the village and continued his search for any life

Something jumped out of the bushes to their left. A ninja dressed in all black. Kei threw her cloak to the side and unsheathed one of the katana on her back. As if in retaliation, five more ninja dressed the same way as the first appeared, surrounding the two of them.

" Hold on a second. " Yuuki told Kei. Suddenly Yuuki disapeared. When she stood next to Kei again, the five ninjas were on the ground, a slice threw each of them. She held her Katana diagnolly in front of her body, the reflection leaving a streak across her.

Yuuki dropped her sword to watch Kei. " Truthfully, I don`t have any jutsu. Just my family heir. That`s it. My speed is what makes me strong. And this beauty. " Yuuki nudged her sword, indicating it. " This sword is my lifeline. " Yuuki watched it, then shut her mouth. Yuuki realised that Kei didn`t know just how literal that was.

Kei put her hand over her kunai bag. She though of her fathers kunai hidden inside, and smiled a small smile. "I know what you mean."

Yuuki glared at her for no more than a second when the presence of the enemies were present again. " What now? They`ll just keep coming. As what I`ve seen here, there are many of them... " Yuuki lifted her sword to the front of her face and readied herself.

Kei held out a hand. "My turn" she said, drawing both katana from her back and taking a stance just as four more shinobi appeared. Kei's attack was more of a dance than anything else, twirling and slashing, both beautiful yet deadly at the same time. When Kei was finished, she flicked the crimson blood from both blades.

" Fancy. " Yuuki said, also impressed. Yuuki hadn`t seen much of what Kei cloud do, but from there she was happy that Kei was on her side. " Let`s move. " Yuuki suggested as lept from that spot to a new one in the brush.

Kei followed. The two moved swiftly through the woods occasionally changing directions just in case they were being followed.

Yuuki stopped suddenly. " What should we do? What if they stay in the village? What if they are not following us? What about the other shinobi coming home from a mission? " Yuuki thouhgt about this and shivered. " We have to lead them out of the village...all of them. Far away from here. " Yuuki frowned.

Kei stopped and turned. "There is an entrance to the tunnels just up ahead. If there were many survivors, the village ninja would have evacuated them to there. Once they are safe, we can travel the tunnels back to the village. Is that alright with you?"

Yuuki wasn`t happy about it, but nodded. She followed Kei. Yuuki had not known about these secret tunnels and were curious where they were.

Eventually, Kei ducked down behind a group of large bushes. She waved for Yuuki to follow.
