Star groaned softly qwhen one of the maids told her to go and find Gregory and help him out. She found him in the kitchen. "Need any...help?" Star asked.

Momo crossed her arms and pouted at him. "Aww no fair!" Then she smiled sweetly. "Promise you'll read it to me when you're done?"
Momo loved hearing Ben's stories. Ever since she had first met him at the orphanage, Momo felt like she was not alone. Ben would always read her his stories about far away lands and imaginary people. She loved them because they took her away from the world around her and brought her to a world where good always triumphed over evil. A world that was happy. A world where she didn't have to worry about being alone.

A little startled he said "hey star u scared me" he laughs a little and then adds "not really but u can stay in here so u dont have to do any cleaning" smiles and stir up a pot of beef stew "so how have u been?"

Shatter grinned to himself as sunlight hit his face, signaling his warp to the outside world was complete. He looked around, finding himself in some nearly abandoned car lot; the closest place he could reach through magic without causing a scene. He made his way onto the sidewalk, whistling a little as he walked the few blocks to the orphanage. No one stopped to stare, as he had already changed his clothing to fit modern times. He looked like some kind of young buisnessman who was enjoying a nice walk. No one suspected a thing...

"I promise." Ben rustled her hair a little. "So whatcha wanna do?"
Ben tried his best to look after Momo. He cared for her like a little sister. He had had a sister once...but she died when she was very young. Momo reminded him of her, and he knew she needed him.

Syrith could feel the others stirring within their crystals. He longed to even just turn his head, or open his eyes, but could do neither.
Maybe if I use the Savage Eye.. He wondered. It was difficult, but if he really concentrated there was a good chance he could open the Eye without removing his eye patch. Syrith had done it a couple times before, but never in his crystal state. Alright, here goes. He thought determinedly.
Several agonizing moments passed by as a dark aura began to resonate from Syrith's crystal. The pulsing started light and slow, gaining in intensity and speed as time went on. Suddenly, a shadow shot out from the crystal, diving inbetween the other creatures to settle briefly among each one, stroking and probing their surfaces. After a short while the shadow reeled back satisfied, leaping inside Syrith where it nestled back within the recesses of his hidden eye.
Two angels, a dragon, an elf, a pixie, and a demon. Each image of the other awakened creatures played across Syrith's vision like a welcome dream. At least he wasn't alone in this god forsaken box.

Star half smiled. "I've been good. And you?" She asked. Gregory was the only one she really talked to here. She didn't know why though..

Momo laughed as she stood up. She grabbed Ben's hand and tried to pull him up, although she knew that she was not strong enough. She tugged at him. "Come on! I heard someone say that there is food in the kitchen!"

"im fine..busy but fine" Greg stared down into his little creation and sighed "you know i cant wait to get out of here but at the same time i dont want to leave" he shook his head still staring at the stew then at star "i hope everyone likes this if not pizza should be on his way and you get the first slice" smiles and grabs the giant pot with oven mits and takes it to the large eating table "now lets get the kids"

Usha could feel the presence of the other creatures around her. Were they as ready to get out as she was? She hated being confined, but so was her life, and she had to accept it. 'Oh come on Shatter, let us out already! If only I could stretch my wings...'

Star smiled, and maybe even blushed a little. It quixckly went away though, and she helped him round up the kids for lunch.

Gregory walked outside slowly approaching a small girl "Momo i think its time to eat. I cooked some beef stew and if u dont like that i ordered some pizza" He flashes her a smile and walks back inside.

Ben stood up with Momo. He was getting hungry as well. Ben watched the older white haired boy as he came out mentioning food.
"Hey, Gregory!" Ben called to him.
Then he turned to Momo. "Come on, let's go eat!" He said as he took Momo's hand and began to walk towards the door.
