Lt. Brookman Or a squad level tactics based game revolving around Necromunda or Mordheim. Or even better, some good old turn-based games, like Final Liberation, Space Hulk and Chaos Gate.
Turn based died with point and click, although KotOR is part turn based.

Japan still loves turn-based combat games. I like them as well, as long as they are not called Final Fantasy or star kids in roles to save the world.

Why don't you like Final Fantasy? it is slowly trying to get away from the whole turn based game play....

Two reasons: f*****t dress codes and faux attempts at a story which result in CGI movies with shiny elements and bullshit in it. Besides, each game is the same thing over and over again with little innovation when it comes to the actual gameplay.
No, I don't like Final Fantasy, boohoo. Or much of the other J-rpg's out there come to think of it. They all focus on teens rescuing the world or the disturbing twists. For example: Let's play Persona 3, where characters are required to put one between the eyes with a handgun in order to summon an attack or monster.
Just hope for now that Squad Commander will be good and plays well, otherwise GW will lose face even more on the digital plane and decide to quit doing games altogether. Remember that s**t fest Fire Warrior, that hurt GW real bad.

If they could take Firewarrior, examine everything that went wrong and make a new game they'd be fine really. They need to focus less on looking good and more on playing good.

Only Fire Warrior looked like s**t and played like it too. I'd say the only redeeming thing would be the CGI cinematic sequences, but that would be stretching it by a long shot. When situating a shooter in the 40k universe, do it from the angle even retards could understand: human point of view. Being a Guardsman works better than some alien.

I'd definitely pay for that. I'd probably prefer a more cinematic approach for this instance, rather than something like Call of Duty. However, I can imagine that'd be immensly fun. ninja And profitable.

That into might confuse some people. "This is the vast Imperium of Man! Lead by the god-emperor! They dominate the alien scum and heretics from within, furthering their reach! Your a Tau!"

s**t. I missed out on the JRPG hate. I could have said something about Japan's fear of difficult games.

Xenos Mortium Barnabas Choiseul so games that aren't too time consuming xd I hope that was sarcasm. If not his mother had better removed him from the womb in a back alley with a rusty coat hanger fifteen years ago. Or he's got a brick for brains and doesn't quite grasp the second and third preference I listed. Yes I ******** dislike Final Fantasy, now get the ******** over that already.

This game has the worst voice acting. The Ultra Marines sound like Yankee cowboys for ******** sake. If I can get past the bad voices I'll give the PSP version another whirl.
Edit.
No. No I can't. You fraggers may now invoke Godwin's law.
