I can't see Tifa in another color really....plus, FFVII is a dark setting, with Aeris the only one really the odd one out.
Odd....it's difficult to see Aeris in a short skirt and difficult to see Tifa in a long skirt......even if Nomura tries to change the outlook.....he wouldn't be able to because the trademarks are stuck on them. xd

I don't see how it is so odd. Look what he did to Yuna in FFX-2, her shorts were going up her a**!! Also since it depicts Aeris in her teen years why not have her in something a little younger and more hip? (F**king perverts). I'm just saying I could have only been but so shocked after X-2.

All the characters in X were better than before the sequel. (Come on Lulu, you could have done so much better than that pig, Wakka!) Anyway, I personally love Aeris's Crisis Core outfit. If only she could have wore blue more often, she looked so good in it. =]

Urg dont get me started about Yuna.
She was my absolute favorite ff girl, considering X was my first FF game, and X-2 just killed it for me. I mean in X Yuna was timid and shy and she just had such a likable quality about her. She was so determined and emotionally strong and although she had many problems in her life she continued her journey with a smile on her face. No matter what came her way she never had any regrets. She didnt rely on others and was just this absolutly amazing girl. Tidus is sucha lucky guy. <3
But then...X2! It absolutly killed X's beautiful ending. When I first beat the game I couldnt stop crying and whenever I hear the ending theme I still cant help but cry. Tidus's return in X-2 is so random and doesnt make sense! X2 was all about finding Tidus and he only gets like a 5 minute lame a** return fmv at the way ending! And in some versions he doesnt even come back! what the hell is that?! As much as I wanted Tidus to come back I was really disappointed by X-2 and I wished that he didnt come. The same would go for Aerith. If square decided to ressurect Aerith but they did it in such a cheap fashion I wouldnt that!
And X-2 yuna... D :
She's so insecure and she is pretending to be someone she's not. She just isnt the same...
Oopsy I've ranted enough. xD

I'm against bringing back characters from the dead to begin with, (I feel it destroys the emotion and meaning of the scene). Tidus's return, I made an exception because he wasn't really dead to begin with, but as for Aerith...please let her rest in peace. Gah, I hate Square so much for bringing back Sephiroth in Advent Children. It seemed so pointless.
As for Lulu....what was she thinking!? She's walking around Spira in a leather prom dress for crying out lot >//<

I thought it the idea of Yuna going out to find Tidus after seeing that sphere (Shuyin is amazing BTW) was a great idea. I wouldn't MIND him being alive, if one of the endings actually brought him back in a... I don't know, creative/good way? I mean, the best ending with him I think, is when Yuna jumps out of the Celcius into his arms. I thought that was cute, but the fact that Tidus was randomly walking around baffled me. How the feck did he get there? Lmfao. In all the other ones, he A- was never found, B- was "with Yuna all along" or C- "we only have this moment to talk, Ilu blah blah *dissapear*".
That's what pisses me off. So yeah, if they were going to have crappy endings for X-2, they should've left Tidus DEAD. X was tragic, I agree... but I thought it called for a sequel.
Lulu being in love with Wakka, was random. I liked her with Auron, more. Lmfao. But.. I love her outfit. She just shouldn't wear it when she's pregnant. (She didn't even look preggorz anyway. And her kid was HELLA UGLY)
-cough- I think we can conclude what Nomura likes about his womens.

I missed Auron in X-2. I'm glad he didn't come back (that would have been a nightmare), but I still missed him.
As for Yuna's personality change? I could understand it. She seemed secure when she was a summoner because she had a purpose in life. Now her purpose is taken away and she doesn't know what to do with herself. Thus, she chooses her younger cousin as a role model. *sigh*
The ending with Tidus? It was average. Not good, not bad....it was mediocre. Could have been better, but that's alright.

I completely agree with you Pink....X2 killed X's ending.....it was perfect right there, just having Tidus hug Yuna one last time before going off. It was PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL, EMOTIONAL! I cried so much at the ending...and now X2....Tidus somehow comes up from the water...not even thinking "oh wait, why the hell am I back in Spira?"
I like Lulu's outfit though. It was a bit out of place though....I mean, who really wears black in Spira? Along with bunch of belts and such? Still, I thought it was neat. biggrin And I didn't like her marrying Wakka either... crying

And don't even get me started on Tidus - He's the whiniest, most arrogant, character I have ever had the displeasure of playing. It's like the dumbest most annoying jock in highschool ended up dating the super good looking shy girl who gets A's and B's in class. Just watching him touch her made me sick. It made me want to yell "You loser! Get away from her!!!"
