"You gonna let me in?" asked Hideyyo, looking at Elliot through the peek in the window. "I need company. I don't think I want to remarry after somebody as good as Suzanne walked into my life and left it with my own two hands?" he said, wiping his tears. "Any friends in these dark times would be nice."

((Understandable. It's midnight here.)) Elliot let out a sigh slowly, "Yeah, I'll let you in...But you have to promise me you'll quit drinking. For good." his face straightened as he finished the sentence, his hand tightly gripping the door knob.

"I promise," said Hideyyo. He walked over to the door, and entered it. He laid down on the couch, watching CNN. "Should we be using copyrighted figures in this roleplay?" asked Hideyyo.

"I don't mind..." replied Elliot. He walked over to his phone and picked it up again, planning to call the bar to see if his newly hired barmaid would answer. He wasn't going to order alcohol, but an energy drink instead. He dialed the bar's extension number and waited for an answer.

"Right..." Elliot replied as he scratched his head with a free hand. Whoa, someone still hasn't picked up. It must be getting really busy down there. He continued waiting, hoping the new barmaid would call as he leaned his head against the window and looked down at the streets of New York City below.

Turning around, she finally caught the phone under her chin, hands busy making a cocktail "Flirt and Hurt Bar, how may I serve you?"

"Good evening, sir! Well, the bar is crowded, but that's a good thing! And it still isn't nowhere near a college party from back home, I can handle it fine. Do you need anything?"
Serving the last waiting customer, she looked at her fellow barman and mouthed "The boss" silently, receiving a nod in response. The bar was full, but it was a calm, good-humored crowd having an enjoyable night.

"Well if you aren't too busy, could I have you send up a glass of water and the biggest glass you can find full of Rockstar?" he looked out the window down at the streets still, laughing a little as he said, "If you're too busy, then don't worry about it. It's no big deal." Then he turned around and rolled his eyes when he saw Hideyyo reclining on his big red couch.

Anne looked around before answering. Her colleague seemed to be able to keep things under control. "Hum...sure, no problem, I'll be right up!" And turning around, she prepared the order in a small platter. "Hey, Jim, I'm going up to the boss's room, he made an order. I'll be back soon, I promise!"
And picking up the platter, she went to the elevator. Once inside, she stared at her image in the mirror, making sure her miniskirt wasn't too high up nor her top was too revealing. Feeling happy with her appearance, sexy yet classy, she relaxed, and soon got to the right floor. Knocking at the door, she called softly "Mr. Goodson? Your order is ready!"
((I just made the other barman's name up, hope it's alright... sweatdrop ))
