Static was on a roof, staring down at the 2 people talking, surrounded in a ball of blue energy. He was twirling the energy, waiting for the 2 people below to notice him. "Hey you two, is there room for one more?" he asked, jumping down onto the roof, almost like he floated down.

"Don't mess around with your powers, you want to catch another building on fire? Or lift it into orbit? I can help you controll your fire powers." he said as a fireball formed in his right hand. "There is a reason why my hero name is Godai."

Alli sighed. "I wasn't about to even start with the fire... at least not on purpose." she held out her hands. "See? Not even a spark!" She smiled. "And the best way to learn..." she jumped up, using her telekinesis to give her a boost, and landed on the top branch of the tree. "Is to practice!" Alli waved to Static. "Hello!" She smiled warmly.

Static's eyes glazed over. "Hi, I am Static. Who are you two? Both of you can control the most powerful elements, like me. Need help to save the town?" he asked, sending a shot of energy at a dumpster, it flying 5 feet in the air and falling over.

Alli blinked, and jumped down, landing on a pillow of leaves. "I don't think anyone else is in trouble." She looked at Remix, and sighed. "Geez, she always sleeps through the coolest things..."

Static was floating up, and he put on a white shirt and a jacket. His hair turned from black to brown. "Nice to meet you, I am Brad Greene," said Static. "I am new to this city, just moved here from Metropolis. Batman is a pain in the a**, if you know what I mean," he said. "I am just trying to find a job."

Alli jumped back as the lightning bolt came. She swore, incredibly loudly, and fell over onto the cushion that seemed to pop up whenever she fell. She turned back into her normal clothes, and blinked her blue eyes. "Alli Friedman." She smiled up at Brad, before falling onto the grass.

"I am having this new job. I work at this place called 'Computers United'. You know it?" asked Brad, turning to Alli. "I don't know my way around this city yet," he said, jumping off the building into the grass below. "By the way," he said, and touched Alli. A small shock emerged out of his finger, and shocked Alli. "Tag, you're it!"

[of course i come after you guys get started. stupid hair stare ]
Rose wandered around aimlessly. She thought there had been a fire and shuddered. The thought of it creeped her out. Rose began to run to were the smoke was rising and didn't see anyone around. She began to lapse into a past memory.
There was screaming... A few hours after her 15th birthday the house had been set on fire. She was trembling as she called out for her parents. They had been trapped inside and she had no idea what to do.
Rose stood there. She was trembling uncontrolably as she thought about it.

"Ouchee!" Alli giggled, and rubbed her arm. She turned, and ran after him. She tripped, and fell by Rose, onto another one of her cushions. She made it disappear, and she fell onto the concrete.

"You two okay?" asked Brad, reaching a hand up to both of them. "Don't worry about grabbing my hand, you will only get a little shock. I can't control it sometimes," said Brad. "And that's why I don't use batteries."

Alli took his hand, blushing a bit. "Its alright." She smiled, and jumped back up. "I'm sorry miss!" She bowed to Rose.

"The energy around you is curious," said Brad. "It's almost like you are one of us." A small ball of energy pulsed out of her. "It's a fraction of your power....curious," he went on.

Rose's eyes grew wide with fear. "If only I knew... I could of saved them... Why didn't they tell me earlier..." She thought she was back on the day of her birthday.
