It is started primarily by Trixie360 who is the Xbox Live Community Editor. GamerchiX is a group for women who want to find other women who have the same passion for gaming. There is over 5000 women who are a part of this group. They have GamerchiX nights where a bunch of members get together and play a different game. You can talk with all the other members and meet other GamerchiX in the Xbox Forums in the GamerchiX Treehouse Section which is unavailable to you until you become a member as it is a girls only forum. There is no pressure to be the best we are just here to have a good time wink We never talk trash about other women ever and we are not pin-ups. Its about gaming and companionship, not who's better looking. GamerchiX support each other and are great role models for younger women. We are definitely not here to segregate the community. Yes, you have to be a girl to join but we encourage play on Live. All in all, this group is to show women the greatness that is Xbox Live.
