That particular video is not nearly so upsetting as this one.

I've seen that one. He apparently wasn't supposed to be in there, and was just starting to pack up to leave when the cops showed up. That one makes my skin crawl and my blood boil.

He was allowed to be there. He was a student at the college, and when asked for his student ID he refused, as he felt it was racial profiling. Anyone without ID is supposed to be gone from the library by 11pm, and apparently random ID card checks are standard procedure after 11.

If I remember right, the cops also threatened to "taser" someone else who was being particularly insistant about getting beadge numbers.

Furthermore, a particular officer (the one who did the actual "tasing") had lost his previous job for excessive use of force, and the University had still hired him... and he has his job still to this day.

I think they had the right to tase him, personally. He should have cooperated and he wouldn't have gotten that s**t. I do disagree with them arresting him however. Though you should still cooperate to avoid that s**t, even if you feel you're wrongly arrested.

Wait, they didn't read him his rights... scream

eh... you guys weren't there. I mean, how many times did the police tell him to get up? Then, he didn't, and they started to drag him out the front, but he wouldn't budge. I've personally been tazered before, and it really doesn't hurt that much. I mean, it hurt as the tazer was sending electricity through my body, but the second that the tazer stops sending the electricity through, the pain stops.

Personally, the cops were in the wrong to do what they did, but as to the question of excessive force, I disagree with that. They have a job to do, and it's not the easiest of jobs out there. They have a second to decide if someone's going to shoot them or not, and to make that judgement call on anybody is above and beyond harsh.

At least, that's what I think.

Oh, and babies, according to my beliefs, are born selfish because of original sin. But, I don't agree with that theory. I believe that it points out to Darwin's survival of the fittest. If the baby makes a plea, the it's fed or changed or put down or soothed. So, the next time it needs help, then it'll do the same thing, and the exact reaction of the care giver is the same, then it'll continue to do it.

All of these are my point of view, and what fact is there is only there to try to put light on what I believe.

Some Televangelist commercial just said "Did you not know that God is making love in your heart twenty four hours a day?"

... I'll let that sink in.

Second question...

With who?

All I have to say is..

You know why you close your eyes when you pray?

It's so that when Jesus comes in your heart, that you don't get any in your eyes.
