dude, more Texas people!
I live in Justin (the Pride of Northwest Marching Band) which is near Grapevine, near Fort Worth. And I play trumpet.
I have a friend in NC, though, and she says that Yes, Texas bands are more intense(or obsessive).

That's right! I live south of Ft. Worth, in Crowley! I've been to Grapevine, they have a very good mall!

Kelpsinator what part of sc where you from? im from anderson and why in the hell do you want to come back? its boring.... nothing do to... Wheee-ness! I'm right in your area! You know where Pickens is? It's about half an hour outside of Greenvile, heading towards Clemson. Wai~! What school/band are you from? We might have seen you at a competition.

band_chik_59 Allen Texas...........Some people have heard of us.......we are the biggest in Texas 3nodding Allen Escadrille proud member right here!!! xd For those people who don't know where Allen is its a little north of Plano stare , which is north of Dallas homigawd. I got to see ya'll perform at area marching competition. Your band is so freaking huge. You guys really put alot of other bands to SHAME. I was soooo amazed. That was the only core band I really cared to watch...except that one with the stupid car theme. We didn't place, but if I remember correctly, you did pretty well... Longview Texas. Teh Lobo Band. Military and dern PROUD. 3nodding
