A small smile came to Daveigh's face at Yukio's words and she slowly glanced around the area beneath the protective willow tree. "Oh I do hope you are right Yuki." She replied and lightly nuzzled his neck before laying her head upon his back and using him as a pillow.

As Daveigh fell asleep, using him as a pillow, he nuzzled what parts of her he could softly in reassurance. He, too, shared her worries though perhaps in a lesser degree, but still understood where she was coming from. Having both been raised in a herd surrounded by loving family on all sides, this would certainly be different and quite a challenge for them both. Yukio, however, also felt that as long as Daveigh was with him, they couldget through anything. The foals would have loving parents who'd protect them from harm and watch over them, teaching them what was important in life. "As long as you're with me, I'm sure we can get through anything together," he murmured as she finally fell asleep. Alert to any danger, Yukio took watch to make sure nothing would harm his mate nor the children she carried within.
