(oh you mean for the hatake clan sure but the inuzuka clan dosent need summoning contracts) cloud his somewhat humored by what rhulain say to the statue.

cloud quickly blocks the slash with ryuuga as dark blue chakra covers his blade "well then it would be a challenge for my rinnegan" cloud then uses a close range grand fire ball technique.

as the fire ball leaves cloud it is quickly coveed in a block of earth...the burning heap falls to the ground, Rhulain swings his tonto at cloud again, and brings a kunai around peirceing at cloud's back clouds back

cloud was completly covered in a cocoon of sand which block the attacks mysteriously as cloud vioce is heard from inside the cocoon "you have indeed improved but I diddnt think you would predict this" cloud laughed maliciously as he was heard inside the cocoon as chidori sword came out of the cocoon straight toward rhulain at incredible speed.

the chidori sword cuts through Rhulain, but it was a clone, the real Rhulain apears behind cloud holing his tonto to his neck. "hello," Rhulain makes the cacoon return to the ground, "sand wont work against me." Rhulain pushes lightly against clouds neck with his tonto,
