No, no, no. I didn't say it was stupid. It's low on intelligence because it reacts based on instinct. Gaara used the Shukaku's powers but with some stategy and uniqueness to it, something the Shukaku would never be able to do. If you, Saketsu, are the host to the Sanbi, then you can bring out the Sanbi's true potential, considering the kind of puppet master you are. After all, with three tails out, I bet you can control anyone by manipulating the water in a living body. After all, humans are composed of seventy percent water.

Never though of it that way..HEY! ;D THAT MEANS I CAN KILL YOU ALL I can kill all the Kage, because without the water in their body, they will diiee.

See, this why I'm glad this generation of anime fans have never heard of Fist of the North Star, the precursor to all action anime. I know something most of you all don't, which means I can counter that water technique but I won't reveal that until later.

But how can any jinchuriki gain the full potential of their bijuu's power? if they release all the tails, then won't they begin to be manipulated by their demons? or does that only happen to naruto?

Well look at it this way, was Gaara controlled by the Shukaku? Was Naruto becoming more Kyuubi-like? It's a matter of observation.
