You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan armada." The Last Starfighter I love that movie!

When I rented The Last Starfighter from Hollywood Video, it was a dvd. Unfortunately they just didn't have any copies for sale. It did have some pretty cool extra behind the scene stuff on there. Oh, btw the movie your quote is from is Antz. For some reason I always seem to confuse that movie with A bugs life.
