The true meaning of both of them is complicated and has been debated for quite some time (( lol /a/ )). Moe has been used in anime more recently, such as Miss Renge who uses it alot through out Host club. Gar is something you probably come across online. If I try to fully explain both, I would probably be killed on the spot. *adjusts glasses*
But in short, and the way both words are being used now:
GAR = Badass and/or Manly( Guts - Berserk, Kamina, Kittan, Simon - Gurren Lagann, Archer - Fate Stay Night, etc. )
MOE = Cute. Sometimes ridiculously so. ( Potemayo, Moetan, Honey-sempai, Nia, etc. )
*pats her head* Your not stupid. It's a midly new term used amongst weeaboos. ( hardcore anime otakus. The kinds with no life.) In about a year or so, I can see people saying 'Moe' instead of 'Kawaii' here.
*blinks and sees shes gone. Blushes a bit out of embarrassment, then turns her attention to the maid outfit.*
...Defiantly Gar/Moe...
