"Pardon me?" Calison, trying to sound offended. "Slacking type? Then what are you?" He said this jokingly. "I'm currently head east for Beliken, what about you, Zander?" Shard had the faint feeling that someone else was watching them, but shrug it off as paranoia, he tended to get like that at times.

Dante gets off his horse and feeds it about time for some food sits down and starts a fire takes some meat out that he has and starts to cook it where am i suppose to find a kid around here.

" Let's see boy.....just exactly how good you are ..I don't have the time to be babying the helpless and I don't want you hurt either" she keeps the blade at hand and walks a bit faster than she had before.

Shard perked up and said, "Did you-" Calison nodded. "Yeah I felt it... He took in a deep breathe and exhaled, the air around him started grow cold and the grass beneath his feet started be overcome with frost. A dagger sized shard of ice appeared off to Calison's side as he concentrated and tried to detect where the person was. Shard sent him a message and Calison looked over to where he was directed. With a forward motion of his hand the ice flew through the forest, it passed Uma narrowly and stuck into a tree, deeply splintering into the wood.

" Well well this 'Zander' boy seems he will be a run for my money......but he holds his blade off to the wrong angle..his balance is off and those ears...these boys are quite interesting indeed" Uma walks faster and faster into a silent dash the only marking of her presence is a faint rustle of leaves.

Zander moved his body to the side purposely getting hit by the wood, he flinched and smiled his eyes turning bright yellow. His ears twitched again then he turned and sent a small jolt of electricity in Uma's direction. "Who ever it is......they are fast as well...." He switched his blade to his right hand and sent jolts through it.

As the wood splinters flew toward them, Calison produced an arm guard of ice on his left arm and held it in front of his face to protect him. But as the wood pieces flew by, he determined that they missed on purpose. He shouted at Zander, "I don't think they mean any real harm, that last attack missed on purpose...well it would have if you didn't embrace it yourself..."

She stared at the bolt flying twoard her "such a pretty thing electricity...." she stops the jolt and stares "looks like the dear boy zander has held the blade correctly this time" she extinguishes the jolt and begins drifting over to the boys' position she finally reaches a close spot and stops at a near by tree. " I haven't fought like this in so long my magic's feel new..but I musn't take theses boys for less...they seem to be good for such youngsters and it seems dear calison has seen that I mean no harm but will they be able to escape" she takes a deep breath and chants a 'dark bloom spell' as she does she is lifted by black flowers and surrounds the boys in a mind control spell " i wouldn't want you to attack me now...this is just a precaution I promise"

Zander shook his head wiping off the voice in his head. "Hmm.....I'm not sure..." He flashed to Uma's position. "Who are you?....and what do you want?" Zander was holding his blade to her neck waiting for her next move, jolts still rushing through the blade.

Shard felt the mind control spell coming and warned his master to brace himself. Calison fought to resist the effect, he attempted to close his mind off to any outside forces. "Damn...this is quite the enchantment..." In the end he manage to elude the grasp of the spell.
Calison then called out to the stranger, "I wasn't planning on attacking you further anyway...you mean no harm and you're clearly of a higher skill level than us academy graduates. That spell just now wasn't really needed." The young mage said this through pants and gasps of air, he was winded after escape the mind control spell and needed a moment to regain his composure.

Uma appears out of her home, the shadows and speaks not looking directly at the boys " well then since you already know I mean no harm I will introduce my self....I am Uma Rozenfeild" she bows slightly still hooded and looking down. She slides the dagger back into the depths of her cloak. " Im terribly sorry for the spell but, there are those who wish to harm me as well" she still looks down not revealing her face.

James jumps from tree to tree in the shadows. he finds some people and swiftly lands on a branch hiding and follows them if they move. Trying not to be seen. James thinks Hmmmm...maybe some supporters.
