Biohazard EXTREME I suck at coming up with good ones... In the intro of Decisions, Decisions scenario in Outbreak, George reads a note from his friend, Peter Jenkins. Where is that shelter located? I believe that its the garage of the police station... It sort of looked like it... though I'm probably wrong... If I'm right, then here's my question, how do you get 300 points and the A ranking on RE3?

No, you are correct. It's the same level model as the one used in File 2, except in File 2 they added a bunch of police cars and stuff inside.
Umm... I do it by beating the game. xd
Let's see..
-Don't use any First Aid Sprays
-Save less than 6 times
-Beat the game in less than 3 hours
-(Obviously) don't use the special weapons

You also forgot the question again... I'll just put one for you, unless you want to, then go ahead, otherwise, he's a little brain teaser. Underneath both the book and compass slots in RE3, there is an inscription, what does it say?

Owners must remove dog excrement.
Also, are you sure? I was pretty sure that you couldn't use any First Aid Sprays at all and you were allowed up to 6 saves. 3 if you're going for the S ranking.

I was pretty sure that you couldn't use any First Aid Sprays at all and you were allowed up to 6 saves. 3 if you're going for the S ranking. Well, I suppose that would work at minimum, but at maximum, which was full fledged 100% full 300 points was the way I described, and yes, it says you can use about 7 F.aid sprays before it starts to penalize you for using healing Items.

Which guide is this again? Because in every other source I read it said, you're not allowed to use any first aid sprays at all, only herbs.

Versus Books Official Resident Evil 3 Nemesis Perfect Guidbook. I read in the opening that it has something on the healing items and their limits. In fact, it reads right here, that you can use up to seven F. Aid Sprays and 2 herbs before you get penalized. But that's just an idea, in honest to goodness life sustaining 100 points, you can only use up to 750% Healing. So that means that anything you use despite its value must be under 750% to get the full 100 points.

But if you say so. Either way, I don't bother with F. Aid Sprays. There's more than enough healing in the game without the sprays.
