Miko-dono Yay for the coolest summer event!! This is even better than RL! xd . . . . Honestly, I only chose Durem cause I'm in love with all the cool tattoos you can get. I'm debating whether to go with the dragon, or see if something else comes up when I get a few more inks... Does anyone know if there's a forum that lists ALL the possible tattoos and what inks and gold are required?? there use to be one in the GCD when the tattoos were freshly released, can't really find it now though unless you did some seriously tedious looking

After seeing the trailor for the new Gaian trilogy, I have to say I was excited. Must of been all the whispering in the audio. Now, from the trailor I could see that it was cel shaded, which may I say done CORRECTLY <--keyword Can look very nice.
In the trailor, it was done CORRECTLY. And I was happy, very happy.
Then the thing came out, and it wasn't much longer then the trailor.
At first I had high hopes, because the atmosphere put most crappy 3-d movies in theaters to shame (happily never after, hoodwinked, stuff like that) And boy was I happy. Then I saw the characters sitting there, and it all sort of began to fall apart before my very pixelated eyes. Of course, had no one spoken, it might of been a little better.
I think these voice actors are stoned college kids with no personality, that or just...really freakishly bad. The volume levels were un level and it was just surreal madness.
What's perhaps worse is that the 3-D character design...ew. Not like the concept design I'll just say that. And don't say the whole "3-d" is hard thing cause I know that it is, but you know what, in order to make it look good you gotta work on it. I've done it before.
Moira looked like a freaky alien thing and walked like she had been recently probed and well.. All around badness.
But hey, that doesn't matter as long as the story is good right!?
....right... Well that would be true IF the story was good.
The beginning was freakishly stereotyped, but I can live with that, it didn't bother me so bad. Then there was the random white wolf out of nowhere...then unmelting snow. Then Moira and instant love!!! WOO
Few things to point out
1. One should not be happy to be tackled by a hissing growling man who may either kill you or rape you, it's not natural
2. once he leaves...do not call for him
3. Instant vampire love?! WTH!?
twas bad.
the whispering was cool though, I love whispering
