She thought about his offer for a little bit. She didn't know what her parents would think. Then again, she didn't spend time much time with her parents. She barely even knew them and thought they didn't even know she was gone. Hmm, she should really try to get to know her parent. But until then, she might as well find a little help while she's out here. So she decided to take up his offer.
"Sure, I'll take you up on that." She said with a big grin on her face. moving her tail swiftly back and forth.

"Your an odd one kit... you are." he stated with a chuckle. "Lets go then.. are you hungry?" When he asked he nodded softly. His body standing now fully on all fours. His paws grazed a little bit forward. Which made that much movement for filling. Yea.. this might be a burden...but he didn't think it that at all.. more calm.. and seeing to care for another. He won't have to be alone in his thoughts.
Maybe he would even be more social. Or .. the thought of protecting another came in to his mind. He smirked thoughtfully and kept on walking. The forest seemed to be greeting them with leafs rolling around in the wind beneath their step. the trees curled together and seemed like they were dancing more than just standing there...
Make it seem different huh? .... The world swirled and moved diferently in his mind without him noticing. Or it seemed.

She waited a little bit before answering his question. She tends to tone people out of her mind without her knowing it. Oddly, however, she still gets the question. "Umm, I guess I'm a little bit hungry." She said walking next to him as she looked at the moving leaves.
She kind of held back the urge to try to catch them. Things moving around like that made her want to play with. She was very playful and that seemed to be something she couldn't help. Them moving around like that also seemed to make her lose her focus, since she wanted to mess with them so much. But she was still happy about Kuros company. It sort of made things easy for her, and she was glad about that.

Her urgy look made him look back down at her. "Hm?" He softly smiled.
"Well. If you want. We'll do this. You could play with these leafs that keep showing up and I'll go get us some food.. ok? Hm.. lets see.." He sniffed around looking through his one yellow eye. He saw a rather odd looking tree. Like if it had an actusual face? Hm. He thought as he marked it with slash's a part of the bark; then took a branch and stabbed it in to the tree.
"Now. Since we both have trouble finding our way back. Then When you walk make sure to make a mark with your claw when your walking. So we could find each other under this tree. Ok? Don't wonder too far." He smiled softly and turned his face to look if there was a pond close. There was. He scanned. Then he looked back down at her. Getting to her eye level.
"And use tour nose to find me if this doesnt work ok." He tilted his head some and softly rubbed his nose on her forehead.
"Be safe." Then he turned and started walking towards the pond.

"Okie dokie!" She said with a big smile on her face.
She then looked at all the leaves starting to move around. Her tail started to to move about very excitedly. She then started to jump about on the leaves. With all the leaves moving around, she was jumping like crazy. She hadn't forgotten what Kuro said, but it didn't come to mind. Since she was also so excited, the whole forest looked exactly the same. So she didn't realize if she was moving or not. She was however making a lot of noise jumping around the way she was, and some what felt that he would hear her if he came back and she wasn't there. She was now just having a whole bunch of fuuuun.

He sat on the edge of the pond. Looking at all the fish that were there. Hm. Did she like fish? he didn't know but he guessed she'd have to try. Right?
He watched. Watched. Until he found himself ready. then he lounged his paw forward grabbing two fish at the same time! It was great. With his other paw; he quickly slashed thier heads and then. He went to get more. he was a cat. Quick. And knew too well how to fish.
Time pasted and when he had at leats six. he turned and started walking back to where they said they'd meet. He softly put the fish down next to the tree. Sitting and waiting since he found himself there before her. Looking around. Where was she? Hoping she didn't get lost he waited. Giving her time.. til in the back of his mind. He'd worry. Sitiing.. and watching the enviroment. As it came to lie right before his eyes. Not really hearing the ruccous she was causing.

After playing for a while, she got pretty tired and stopped. She looked around and had thought it was the same place she had started at. She then realized, looking around, that it wasn't. She didn't see Kuros mark he had made on a tree. Now what?
She started to walk the direction she thought she had come from. She didn't know if it was right her wrong, but she took a chance. "Hello? Kuuurrooo?" She called out, hoping he'd hear her. She looked around, not really worrying much, just hoping she'd be found. She should've payed more attention to to where she was going, rather then what she was doing. And she wished she could take that back.

He stayed until a few minutes have pasted and she wasn't to be found. It felt as to worry but alas. He didn't think he did- until the back of his mind made him start moving. Reluctantly he went to cover the food up and then he started to walk. Sniffing the air and having his ears perked up.
Thankful he nuzzled her; memorizing minor her scent. He followed along, putting his nose now to the ground. She had quite made her way far hadn't she? Maybe thats how she got lost in the first place. When he felt the sense of someone close. He lifted his head. Letting his ears started tracking. After a few minutes- ten to be exact had past. He finally started hearing her voice. Calling him. Kuro- He heard and he went on his way.
After a couple of meters to see her, he stopped. Waiting. And following her minorly to see if could make it back to the place he designated. The patch to his eye patted down each time he stepped. Following a little away but not to lose her. But if she were to go too far he'd state himself. Thankfully he found her before she went off TOO far.

She kept wondering around more, still calling Kuros name. She wondered if she could hear her, maybe, maybe not. She kept walking though, trying to find her way back, just in case. She also started to mark trees so she'd know if she was going around in circles.
She then remembered what he had said about smell. She started to sniff the ground to pick up some sort of scent. She couldn't remember what he smelt like, so it was kinda hard. She did start smell something odd. She had smelt it before, but she could remember what it was. She followed it until she got to something covered. She uncovered it, and it was those things that live in the water. What were they called? She didn't know, and she just kept smelling them. Not noticing the mark on the tree Kuro had made when he left.

Now he found that she had gotten to where he first made the mark. So.. it seemed that teaching her something helped her find her way back... Maybe it will help her in the future. Hm. He thought long and hard. Seemed... he felt. Proud. Just a little.. but feeling this for another? Hmph. I couldn't be...
Though buried in the back of his rib-cage felt that fullfilled-ness. He revieled himself after she stopped. He walked up behind her and settled in a sitting position. "...Food for you." He leaned down to her level and nuzzled from behind; to her cheek. The part of his face with the patch had lightly brushed against the lil one's cheek.
"I hope you enjoyed yourself." He then grazed over and pulled out the fish fully. Some odd looking berries were around the fish that laid there so dead anf fresh. "Eat?" He looked back at her with no particluar smile; but in the back of hi mind he thought different. Rather. He would keep it a secert to himself of her finding her way..

She looked at the fish for a little bit. Going from looking at Kuro and back to the fish. She was a little hungry. She walked over to it, leaning down to nibble on the fish.
The fish's texture tasted kind of weird in her mouth, but it was still good. She ate it pretty slow, but she was enjoying it. She had only ate half of one fish thought, she didn't have a big appetite. Which is odd, since she is always so active. She did however like the berries very much. She had eaten most of those, she liked the fruityness of it's taste and the juicyness. It made her like her paws all over.
Once she was done she looked over at him with a smile. "I'm done, thank you." She smiled very brightly. Her tail moving back and forth.

"Done..?" He asked a little surprised. How come she didn't eat so much? She burned a lot of energy. How quint. His paw searched his wood and then brushed off the leafs that stuck on to it. "Hmm hmm" He debated taking off the wooden paw he had but.. what if.. - he was sort of thoughtful of what would happen.. a nub arm? It would look rather odd, more than a wooden paw. He shook his head, not to think about it anymore, and leaned down to n** at the fish; swallowing another whole. When he finished, he let his other paw, slide across and fix a place for the fish; to save it.
"So you know where you are right?" Saying this because the the sun now was falling slowly, in to the east moutains.
"We might have to stay here...." He looked up; then limped over to her. Setting his rump down.

She looked over at him, not know where she was, really. She got lost easy, not much of a sense of direction either. She looked around, then looking back at him. "Hmm, I don't really know where I am." She said tilting her head in confusion.
She didn't really mind staying here until morning, however. If it were better for them, then might as well. Her adventurous self might take over, possibly wondering around. But she might be able to find her way back, after what Kuro taught her. So she wouldn't get to worried about it. Or she might actually stay there, and not get lost. That wasn't a very good chance though. Getting lost was pretty much her specialty.
"I wouldn't mind staying here 'til morning, if we have to, either." She said looking around has her tail moved back and forth.

Kuro plainly smirked and yawned...
"Ok. Then we will stay here for the night. In the morning we will continue our search for your real home." Nodding to this as if she knew would magically remember where she lived.
His tail fluffed a bit before his head laid to rest on the ground. "Don't wonder off if you can't see your own paw in front of you. Remember that. A rule of thumb." He chuckled a bit before he laid his head on a rock and nodded off. Though- a true hunter would never completely fall asleep. Just that; Kuro's ears stayed peeled and alert as his body took a bit of resting. His wooden paw a bit worn at the end of it... showing signs of needing to change very soon.
"Alrighty then~ Night little one." He mumbled half asleep. Keeping room open for her to snug up to him if she needed the warmth- but if not he too gave her that choice.

Midori nodded at him. She didn't quite understand the whole "paw in front of you" thing. But she pretended that she did. As, she didn't ask questions about it. She didn't really know if they would be able to find her home. She had probably wondered off quite far. Not only that, but she couldn't recall the area. I suppose it they looked about good enough, they might. I also suppose, if she remembered, they could. But who knows if that'd happen.
She walked over to Kuro, only to lay down next to him. She didn't want to lay down in the open, something might happen. As when she slept, she slept. Not hearing anything around her. I suppose that'd be bad, in some cases. She lay her head on her paws, basically to use as a pillow. She didn't want to disturb him to much. Well, she thought she might, if she got to close. "Night." She let out, before closing her eyes. To finally fall asleep.
(( Edit: I believe this ish finished. o 3o ))
