"Yea it' gets kinda complicated but it's fun." It meant that there was always someone around who'd listen if you had a problem and always someone home when he came back for a visit.

"You sound like you have lots of fun with your life... Between trouble and family." She nickered softly, gently bumping her shoulder against his teasingly. "I am going to have to check up on my family again eventually. There's always been trouble lurking around the woods by our home and I'd hate to find out too late that something's happened."

"Yea. That's why i check up on'em occasionally." He came home more often than others at least even if he was gone most of the time. "Have ta make sure that Wadi hasn't scared himself to death and all."
He grinned and straightened up. "Though they know i ain't gonna stop in all that often. I like ta wander too much"

"... Wadi?" Her head tilted to the side as the gears in her mind turned. Something clicked as she thought on Sedi's words. "I met a Wadi when I was a foal... I thought he was a spook and we nearly scared each other to death." She laughed as she gave her head a light toss. "... What are the odds that the Wadi you know is also the one I know?"

"If he was scared of everythin and had design like the one on my hip then yep. That'd be my nephew." He grinned and shook his head. Figures his big old family would get out there and meet people before he did.

Design on his...? She turned to look at Sedi's hindquarters, finally taking notice of the odd marking that had managed to evade her attention before he called attention to it. When she realized that she was staring or, more importantly, the area she was staring at, she quickly drew her eyes away, hoping that he wouldn't be able to see just how hot her cheeks were.
"Oh!" She wasn't sure what a 'nephew' was as she had never heard of one before... But it must have been a relative of his somehow if they were marked the same. "You know... Since I've met a member of your family... It would only be fair to introduce you to a member of mine."

"Any of your family just hangin around?" His was easy enough to find since they all frequented the lake but he'd heard that others weren't so easy. Families didn't always stick together.
He'd gotten the story from Dodger about how he and Tony had gone on a quest of sorts to find Tony's father. Seemed like a lot of trouble to him and not the fun sort of trouble.

"I don't know where Trev might be... He's been off wandering for a while now... But Mister Draven and Mama are always in the same place." She pranced around on her hooves for a moment, excited by the prospect of not only having stories to tell her mother... But having someone to meet her as well.
