I'm stuck between one of two characters to create though-Little Red Riding Hood, or The Princess from The Princess and the Pea.

I was wondering... what if you wish to play a character that isn't exactly quite a fairytale character... like say I wanted to play... Richard Rahl, from The Sword of Truth.... Would that be possible? Just wondering, cause this looks interesting...

Of course. The other characters I was thinking of all require a considerable amount of thought going into them, but I've never really paid much attention to the basic Fairy Tales, and so I don't think I could honestly play one of them. I'll get on making a character biggrin

How I Normally Look
Ryn is about 5’5” tall, and rather thin. His skin is exceedingly pale, as though all his time is spent out of the sun, and inside. His muddy blond hair comes down to the base of his neck at the back, and hangs in a halo around his face. His fingers are long, and strong, though on a whole he is rather weak. He weighs only about 110 pounds, and always wears red clothing. His eyes are thin and a deep cold grey.
His clothing, though always red, tends to be darker colors of red, and often has additions to it. Some of them include him sewing silver rings into the clothing, or even attaching large pieces of metal to them. He also wears a pair of crimson colored wrist guards.
Fairytale Appearance
Jacen Solo, Ryn’s other side is almost identical. Ryn uses several bottles of Instant Tan make up to make him darker skinned, and his eyes are green, which forces Ryn to wear green contacts to change his own eye color. He wears a light flight suit, and on his waist a belt with many different objects on it. He always has a Corusca gemmed, Lightsaber fastened at his hip, which has a deep green colored blade. He also puts on false scars across most his body, in case the flight suit is damaged, due to Jacen’s time with the Yuuzhan Vong.
When he is Darth Caedus, his clothing shifts towards deep black cloaks, and his skin gets closer in color to Ryn's, meaning that Ryn no longer has to use more than one bottle of Instant tan. He looks much older, as though he is almost forty, even though he is only in his twenty's, and therefore Ryn must put on some aging looks. Darth Caedus is Jacen Solo, as a Sith, and therefore he now wears a red bladed lightsaber, and is generally far crueler looking than normal. His eyes change from their color to a deep insidious yellow, and Ryn wears yellow contacts as Caedus.

How I am
A fairly thoughtful person, Ryn is often absorbed in his own day dreams, though he seems to be able to snap out of them the instant someone speaks. He doesn’t like the path that he is forced to take as Jacen, and wishes to change every story, from the way it is, to the way he thinks it should be. He often try's to tell others how to do things, though he doesn’t often succeed due to his low attention span when it comes to things he doesn’t think will be easy.
He is also rather cynical, and sees far to many things in ways others don't, making him say that they merely don't think. He often says,"Light and Dark are merely human inventions, showing how little we truly understand." This saying of his fits perfectly with what the original Jacen Solo is taught at one point in his life, and caused the Academy to choose Ryn to be Jacen.
He is quite paranoid, thinking that many people are out to get him. Whenever he goes out into the forest he wears a large camouflage jacket, so that he can hide better in case someone try's to attack him when he isn't ready.
He loves to read, often sitting with a book in his right hand, while his left is occupied by a pen, which he constantly twirls, showing some of his nervous habits. He doesn't like it when other people prove him wrong, and when he is proved wrong, he tends to retreat into his books, allowing him time to think of a counter argument. He has many different nervous habits, which include rubbing his chin with the back of his hand when speaking with people that he doesn't want to, and constantly twitching his head back and forth, to make sure someone isn't trying to attack him.
How I came to be
Ryn was born into a family as the first and oldest child. However, he was never helpful to his parents, as he was to busy daydreaming, and thinking about how others did not see things his way, which he viewed to always be correct.
After his younger brother was born, he changed slightly, in that he now constantly argued with him. The two of them both had different and opposing views on the same topics, and they caused tons of trouble due to their arguing. This fit in perfectly with the way Jacen Solo, and his brother Anakin argued, so that he was chosen to play Jacen, in the tale.
Once arriving at the at the school he began to cause trouble, almost instantly. Although he has never tried to revolt to get back to his family, he often trys to force others to his views on the way tales should go, and this is making him try to change the way Jacen Solo's story goes, as he does not desire to play a Sith lord, who is the embodiment of what Darth Vader would have been if he had not been injured.
He is also trying to find a way to use his "Fairy Tale" powers without turning into Jacen, at their full extent. He believes that if he accomplishes this he can end all fairy tales, or change them to his liking. He believes steadfastly that there must be a way to use Jacen's power without being Jacen.

There's something else you ought to know
He always wears two small wrist guards, both crimson in color. They were gifts from his brother at one time, and he will not take them off, even for when he must play his character. They are constructed of titanium, and he uses them to protect himself at times. .::Sauronbane::.I have blue eyes... and I'm working on fixing it *-*

Sauronbane - It looks promising; however, I must request that you replace the image at the right with his "real" self image. As I stated in the profile "example", no picture for the "fairytale" appearance.

Sorry, was getting to it. I wanted a sandwich first.
All right, there are a couple technical things that I'd like fixed and it's just because I'm an a**l b***h. So if you don't agree, than pity.
In any case, you messed up the "age" part of it. I'm annoyed that you hadn't noticed it, but I'd like you to fix it. Also, going along with the age thing, I specifically stated that it has to be WRITTEN out. Not just "17", but rather "seventeen" or "Seventeen". Also, along with that, the dorms I requested be written out as well. So please fix that.
Along with my a**l way, I'm going to request that you get rid of all OOC references inside of your profile (ie. the reference to having more than two paragraphs "xP" as well as the Barton Town reference).It makes it look low-class and simply not what I'd like associated with my role play.
Under the appearance, both fairytale and non-fairytale, I'd like there to be more detail as well. There is just too little for my tastes. I feel you need some more details, especially under the fairytale appearance. Just 'cause people know what that cat is supposed to look like doesn't mean by just writing that much, we get what you want it to look like.
Your biography is okay, enough to go by. And in your other section you didn't even need anything, you could've said that there was nothing more to him. (Also, get rid of the OOC reference, once more).
:/ At this point in time I cannot accept you into the role play, my apologies. If you wish for another chance, please fix the errors that you've made thus far.
Also, please go and reread the rules, you have missed something. =___=
