We all want to play the weight game too? I'm a stick, but for some screwed up reason I keep thinking most of my body weight resides in my thighs. Speedwalking everywhere does nothing for the upper body, and makes you look disproportionately feminine for a guy. Motivation doesn't come easy.

I'm still much stronger than I look, though.)

On the topic of elbows, my elbows are always friggin dry. Ugh. I hate it. Should I use like, a hand moisturizer?
And my skin after a shower ois always dry, are there moisturizing body-washes available?

In regards to the weight thing:
I've gone through a bit of that stuff, myself. Earlier this year, around June or so, I was over 160 pounds at 5'7''. I had always felt like s**t about my weight. I used to tell myself, "It doesn't matter. I'm ok with being fat, and I don't need to change it. I've accepted myself for who I am." All along, though, I knew I was lying to myself. I kept telling myself that all that superficial crap didn't matter to me, but it did--it really did. Eventually I got so sick of my fat and other imperfections that I started a self-improvement campaign. I'm now around 125 pounds (and I did it all without crystal meth!), but the interesting thing is that I'm not too much happier with my weight. I've acknowledged my drastic improvement, but it's still difficult to accept myself.
One thing that used to bother me a hell of a lot was when really skinny people I know would complain about being fat. It's like, if that person is fat, what the ******** does that make me? It was really damaging, and it still pissed me off, and I usually make it a point to try not to complain about my weight, especially around people who are heavier than me, because I know how terrible it can feel.
Also, in regards to the first post, I may be off, but is that "balls-to-the-wall" thing supposed to be a reference to Lil' John? If so, it's actually, "window-to-the-wall." If not, then feel free to completely disregard this comment.
Christmas lits... hmm... I really don't care. I'd like some more socks or something. Maybe Margaret Cho's I'm the One that I Want DVD.
