Yeah, I read up past the part where Sasuke gains the "three wheel sharingan" where he can actually see what his opponent is going to do, I can't wait to see it in the anime XD.

Anyway, is this connected with Itachi's Mange Sharingan? Which has the ability to manipulate "time" somewhat and torture someone in a split second to make it feel like many years? Or is it another level above the third pupil.

I just need this info to back up my "three wheel sharingan" RP character in this rp.

I have just found something out...Sasuke had only one pupil when he went into the battle with Haku...So a one wheel Sharingan does exist...

The Arashi clan:

A clan of people that exist in the Hidden Cloud village they all have one very distinguashing feature that sets them apart from other people and that is their appearence. They all seem to have a windswept appearence and they eyes are usually an electric yellow, as well they change their eyes at certain levels of their bloodline. Their eyes at the first level are only distinguishable from their regulair eyes because they have a plus with pointed ends where their pupil would be. At level two they have the cross with two dots on diagnal sides of it, then lastley they had the other two dots on the oposite side going diagnal sort of like the Shuukaku's eyes.

Bloodline limits: At their very first level they can disern the certain style of jutsu and are able to break it down into simple parts which enables them to defeat most techniques.

At the second level of it they are able to not only disern the technique but they can also counter it as well, they also gain a increased speed and a special control of weather.

At the third and final level they can now master the art of countering and are able to counter most every jutsu that they come against with a simple jutsu of random nature. Their speed at this level has increased ten fold and since these ninja have been known to improve their Taijutsu they have been known to move and strike like the lightning. They also have gained a dire conrtol over weather which allows them to create a typhoon with a single thought and allows them to arch lightning from their bodies as long as they don't move and it helps to have a large metal object nearby to help. They, at this leve, also are able to absorb electrical energies and channel it into chakra as well as a healing energy which makes them very formidable.

Other bloodline limits they posses:

Kioku no Tasu no Jutsu or Mind of Many Techniques: This allows them to make a simple technique to counter a complex one that they have broken down with their Kaunta eyes.

Hageshiku Okoru Arashi no Jutsu or Raging Tempest Technique: This technique is their ability to manipulate the weather and allows them to creat storms and at higher levels they can control it with greater control.

The Arashi clan:

Bloodline Abilities:

They posses the ability to slip out of illusion to a certain extent but it does sometimes, at the first level, backfire on the user of the technique as well they can control the weather to an extent. They also posses the ability to manipulate chakra to a better extent then most nin they try to create living extensions of their bodies using chakra.At level two of their clan abilities they are able to shrug off the effects of an illusion easier and escape it much easier they are also able to at times rebound the illusion upon the user.

At level two they gain a greater control of the weather and can manipulate it to create things from wind storms to heat waves which can be deadly both the same. At this level the extensions of their chakra are completely tangible and can cause harm from touching them as well their shielding abilities with chakra shield much better and can also cause physical harm, their speed also increases a bit.

At the third and final level they are completely able to shrug of illusions and have a much better chance of rebounding the technique upon the opponent that uses the illusion. Their control of the weather becomes a little less then perfect and their speed increases greatly, which is the reason why most of the clan members focus on Taijutsu more then some other abilities. Their chakra can now be molded into a tangible weapon that has an incredible cutting ability but drains much chakra and is used mostly as a last resort. Their shielding abilities at this level can almost match Gaara’s in strength, which is very good compared to other perfect defenses.

Bloodline Limits:

Kioku Nashi Ni Kumoru no Jutsu- Or Mind without Clouding Technique, which allows the user to slip out of illusions and at higher levels they are able to rebound the illusion on the user.

Ikiru Karada Nobasu no Jutsu- Or Living Body Extension Technique, which creates an extension of the user’s body which at higher levels can become deadly because the user can make the chakra a harming force.

Ikiru Ha no Jutsu- Or Living Blade Technique, which allows the user to create a blade out of chakra which is incredibly sharp but is costly on the user’s chakra amount which why it is usually a last resort.

I'm a moderator, actually... and Aburame Kotai is sort of a mixing between Shino and Rock Lee, and yes he can summon the Aburame Clan's patron ninja demon. [See the signature that Hinata-chan made for me.]

umm...Sasuke's Sharingan only had one drop in his right eye i believe and 2 in his left during the Haku fight...
and during Mange/Magekyou(i have only seen the anime, and in the anime it's Magekyou) Sharingan, don't the teardrops form something else? i believe it looked different than normal sharingan right?
but anyway, Magekyou can't actually control time, it's just a very powerful genjutsu that crushes the fighting spirit of an opponent since the opponent imagines being tortured for an extended amount of time. I believe Itachi actually explained how the time thing worked out...then again, i might be wrong, this is all common belief only within my group of friends.

my bloodline is still a mystery... still no info on what the hidden mist village's blood line s called

it would make it possible for learning of jutsus over time...but unlike Sharingan, it would take a while of study, not only in hand seals, but also in perfecting it...like how Sasuke knows hand seals for Goukakyuu, but the 1st time he did it, it was a tiny match-like flame...
