if certain secrets are Mobile maybe like MONSTERS can the special monsters be unlocked Like ANgel class

I'm not sure what was asked right there, but here's my take:
If certain secrets can move, (Implying they're monsters or some form of enemy) can these monsters be unlocked like the angel class.
Now, I have to ask, isn't the angel class a human class, which is unlocked differently than most monster classes? That said, not all of the mobile secrets are enemies, or in fact creatures. Still, I'd like you to clarify that question, if possible.

I really screwed up there
what I meant to say IS
are these moving Secret Uber Enemies are any of them unlockable
and I was kind of asking if the ANgel Human Class will be in it

Ah, alright, that makes sense.
Yes, in the long run, all the Disgaea base classes will become available. A team of majins will likely have their heads handed to them by more efficient teams. As for the moving secret enemies, yes, some of them are unlockable classes.
