Is there any other connections I don't know about?

I don't think anyone mentioned yet that Zoe Wanamaker (voice of Cassandra) has played Madame Hooch in the Harry Potter movies.

Or that the boy who plays Dean Thomas (Alfred Enoch) is the son of Russell Enoch... also known as William Russell. Also known Ian Chesterfield Chesterton.

sweatdrop I have too much free time.

oooo Cassandravoice was Madame Hooch!?
haha thats so cool. xD

Ok, Here's the connections so far

Shirley Henderson: Morning Myrtle. Ursula
David Tennant
Roger Lloyd-Pack: Barty Crouch Senior. in Rise of the Cybermen
Harry Melling: Dudley. Patrick Troughton's grandson
Zoe Wanamaker: Madam Hooch... Cassandra
Alfred Enoch: Dean Thomas... Son of William Russell.

That's six so far.

Ever heard of the ..... AHHHHH I forget the name of it. It's that number thing on through how many actors or actresses do others connect to this one actor.
Believe me, if you were to familiarize yourself with that number thing you would think there was some kind of conspiracy.

Six Degrees of Separation. Also known as Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, or just The Kevin Bacon Game.

Incidentally, it turns out I am about four degrees from Kevin Bacon. xd

Well, so far we haven't seen any connection with John Simm in Harry Potter. If you want you could look to see what his Bacon Number is.

Arabian, this is how that game is played. First, you decide on the actor or actress you want to look at. Then you tract down a person they performed with, or been directed by and see about their connection to another person all the way to Kevin Bacon. The closest rout would be their Bacon Number. When Swift said that he/she is four degrees, it means that he/she is just three people away from.

And Swift, I'd like to here about that connection.

Ok, I did some checking, and I'm the same. My mom was an extra with a movie with Sidney Poitier. And he was in Jackal, The (1997) with David Hayman (I) David Hayman (I) was in Where the Truth Lies (2005) with Kevin Bacon.

Sense his number is 2. My number would be 4 too.

Does that help, Dragster? It is Dragster right?

Awesome. biggrin

There's a long story behind my connection, because I could probably do it about five different ways, but the simplest explanation is that my cousins have a friend who is a dancer, and this dancer somehow knows someone who knows Kevin Bacon. I'd be more specific but I don't want to name people for privacy reasons. And I also don't know who the dancer's friend is who knows Kevin Bacon. D:

So: Me -> Cousin -> Dancer -> Dancer's Friend -> Kevin Bacon

Since David Tennant's Bacon number is 2, that puts both of us within six degrees of David Tennant. XD (Trying to get back on Doctor Who/Harry Potter here.)

Barely making it in. It's right on the six there.

And for the fun of it. I looked up John Simm's Bacon Number. 2.

I've got another DW/HP connection! biggrin

John Cleese was in an episode of the story City of Death!

So, not only is it a DW/HP connection, it's also DW/MP! Double awesome.

Do you think he's better as Barty Crouch Junior or the Doctor? I've been asking a lot of people that just to see what they think.

I have successfully not blinked thru your sig twice. 3nodding
I actually kinda freaked out the 2nd time cause I thought I was gonna blink. D= AHEM anyways.

his part in Doctor Who is bigger of course, he was online in Harry Potter for maybe 10 minutes? but I truly didn't like his character in Harry Potter which shows how good an actor he is. to me anyways. =P
