"How sweet of you," Igniculus purred. "I already suggested that, though. I don't think mister hissy wants us to handle him, though. He told me to shut up instead when I suggested it, don't you think that's a little mean of him?"
"If you want me to carry him though, I can." He grinned. "I'm pretty strong. I have powerful wings, too. Though, it'd be weird carrying and helping a hissy... "

Adjo stopped so he could catch is breath, growling lowly, "Look, if I let you carry me, will you please shut up?!" he said, already growing tired of this Angelic and wondering if it would be a good idea to throw him to the one they were running from.

The egotistical Angelic Kitsusagi gave Adjo a wide smirk, flaring his wings open, taking off into the air. He sailed up high, and then swooped down hard, expertly grabbing the Nightmare around the torso area, flapping hard into the air once again.
"You know..." He began. "You're not as light as you looked..."
"Lead the way..." He panted, but kept flapping hard. If it meant escaping, he would be prepared to carry double, even triple this weight.

Adjo kept his mouth shut, but chuckled when it seemed the male was having problems with his weight. "This way..." Morty said softly and she lead the way, going slow enough where he could follow.

Igniculus followed after Morticia, continuing to flap hard in an effort to stay in the air. He seemed rather dissapointed that female wasn't paying more attention to him and he flapped faster in an attempt to fix that, trying to sail alongside her, lowering his head so his bangs and mowhawk would ruffle in the breeze.
Surely she would be impressed by that.
"So chicca, you know where you're going, right? Because I have no clue at all." He began to purr at her again. "Maybe later we can ditch this guy and get to know each other a bit better, huh?"

Morticia turned angry eyes at the male, the gold color flashing red for a second, "We are not ditching Adjo anywhere until we get home or I will let you deal with his mother by yourself and believe me, Auntie Charna is ALOT meaner then him and has a much worse temper!" she growled, tempted to whap the male on his mohawked head.

Igniculus gave Morticia a wide toothy grin, waggling his ears as if to wave off her anger. "Aww sorry, chicca. I didn't mean it like that, chill. I um..." A soft chuckle escaped from him and he shifted his hold on Adjo, lowering in height. "I meant later, y'know? After we get this guy off home safely."
He began to lower in height further, although through no choice of his own. "Can we um... rest for a bit? This guy, he ain't fat, but still pretty heavy.... my wings can't take it for much longer."

Morty looked ready to tell him no and that they weren't stopping until they were home, but she wasn't one to torture another. She nodded and descended onto a clearing. She wasn't impressed by this male in the slightest and wondered if they could send him on his way when they got home. She fluttered over to Adjo when he got set down and she checked him over.

Once he had carefully set Adjo down and landed himself, his wings flopped uselessly to his sides, tired. The Kitsusagi himself panted slightly, and crouched over to catch his breath.
"You OK, hissy?" He asked after a moment. "I didn't crunch you around the ribs too much, did I?"
He stood on his hinds once more, ears high. Surely the other Nightmare wouldn't be able to follow them this far...
"We should get a move on as soon as I'm rested...." He muttered.

Adjo growled at him, but padded over to Morty, basically ignoring the guy. He was already irritated with him and he still felt drained from making that sandwall. He felt Morty touch her nose to his cheek and he calmed down, letting out a breath. "We shouldn't be too far now. Do you think it would be alright if I traveled on the ground now?" he asked.

"Travelling on the ground should work... I think." Igniculus relaxed again, standing on all-fours. His wings still hung heavily at his sides, sore and tired from their extra-hard workout.
"I don't think he could have heard us after all that distance... and if he did, I really must wonder how the heck he did it." He folded the wings up on his back again, staring off into the distance, nervous. "But let's not worry about that. We better get a move on, ey? If we're nearly there, then... we'll be OK?"

Morty looked to Adjo and she nodded when he did and she flapped her wings, taking to the air since her wings weren't out yet.
Adjo followed after her, his gait a little slow, but he could rest once he got home.

Igni bounded alongside Adjo, taking his appearance in properly. He had an inherent dislike for Nightmares in general, and part of his being was telling him to either run, or annoy the guy, but he just couldn't find himself doing that right now.
"I just hope we're not leading the evil hissy towards your home." Igniculus frowned. "They can deal with him though, right? I don't... want to see him choke up any more Kitsusagi with his vines and so forth."

"Don't worry, we have friends that have powers of their own that could handle him easily. But lets hope it doesn't come to that." he said as they traveled along.

"Handle him easily..." Igni stopped dead in his tracks, purple eyes widening. "Uh, lady, do you know what he's capable of? I'm the exact opposite of his elemental ability, and he's still managed to kill me on a few occaisons." He whimpered. "And I'm immortal, I die and reincarnate like a phoenix. If you guys..." He shook his head, not finishing his sentence.
"No, really, just don't underestimate him." Igniculus was serious and pleading now. "I'm quite capable of torching him to a crisp, but he's still managed to get me. I don't even want to think about what would happen if he were to get one of you guys!"
