I get called "Babykakes" by some of my friends. That's a play on my name, though, and my friend (who is the epitome of feminine) thought of it; then other friends started using it.

Well, even though I'm a guy, I can empathize. I find it disrespectful for others who you don't even know to call you those names. They just don't know better and are ignorant. So best thing you could do would be to ignore them or confront them if it happens repeatedly. Unless you find it flattering, then I guess its fine.

My name is Tony. My friends call me Tony Montana or Tony Bologna (Baloney) sometimes, and i don't care. Although I like them calling me Tony the Tiger, I just don't like it when they start singing... stressed I mean that song just gets to me!

My friend Kristen and I sometimes call each other boo, just for the hell of it. Other than that, I don't really get called embarassing nicknames.
Unless you count being called fat bruh embarassing.
