"She's easy to avoid. Just stay away from dragnid. You though Azure are like cancer. Hard to forsee, treatable, but can always come back." He kept his voice low, not wanting Dyas to hear. The small child would cry if she heard. The purple-blue girl turned her head again to wag a finger at Trager in the 'no no' sign. No matter how unfair it was, it was rude to eavesdrop! Or at least, that was what her father had taught her

Azure stared forward, avoiding looking at Raken. He hoped it would help curve his anger away if he didn't look at the man causing it. He took Raken comparing him to cancer as an insult. "And I always will come back..." Azure said firmly, setting it in stone. "Anyone can wander into Dragnid on accident."
Trager frowned at Dyas, she hated being told no. And being signed no was just as worse. "I want hear." Trager said. She was intrugued by the dislike between the two males, and the fact that it was about Dyas made it more interesting. Trager, finally stopped paying attention to them, she wasn't hearing anything, and she quickly lost interest. "What you pay?" Trager asked Dyas, wondering if she liked to play anything.

His gaze returned to the steadily approaching loke nei forest. "Not if I can help it Azure. One of the basic things is to keep your child away from bad influences." Perhaps this was his biggest flaw, his protectiveness. But he'd rather be boiled alive then let his daughter associate with someone such as Azure. "And thats why we're walking around the island. So she knows where everything is and will avoid Dragnid." She quietly thought about it before turning around on the horses back so she was riding backwards. It was only walking, so just a bit bouncier. The girl held out her hands to sort of flip them and go up and down, the motions of a hand game. She also liked checkers and tic tac toe, but she couldn't exactly say that.

Azure's jaw just dropped, literally dropped. "What?! You haven't like me since the moment I walked into your cave. How am I a bad influence?" Azure asked curiously. He had never been called a bad influence, and he certainly didn't think he was being a bad influence for Dyas. Azure ignored the rest of what he was saying. He wasn't here for Raken, he was here to spend time with Dyas.
Trager's eyes went wide when Dyas flipped around, she was awfully brave to be doing that. "You's brave..." Trager told Dyas since she had been thinking it. Trager put out her hands, trying to mimic the way Dyas had her's. Letting go of Dyas had made Trager more nervous since she now didn't have anything to hold onto.

"Disrespecting your olders." He turned his head to Azure, face as emotionless as ever. "I'll make this clear to you Azure...you're old enough now to hear it straight out. Stay away from Dyas." She smiled a bit shyly, ducking her head. The horse was only walking. If it was cantering then she'd be knocked off in a heartbeat. Slowly she moved her hands in between Tragers so that they slapped together, turned, and then slapped together again. Something simple to start out with

Azure took a few deep breaths, trying to calm don his nerves. "An example?" Azure asked Raken cooly. He was ready to shout out no, that he wouldn't stay away from Dyas, but Azure didn't want to give Raken an example of disresect in case he couldn't find one. To Azure, Raken was just making up poor excuse, and he'd make sure he saw Dyas again. It wasn't fair he was keeping her in a bubble.
Trager let Dyas manipulate her hands as she studied the movements closely. She wondered if she was supposed to mimic what Dyas had done. Trager deceided to copy her and did the same move, only she messed up and forgot to turn her hands. "Uh oh" Trager said realizing she had made a mistake. It hadn't felt the same.

"Just right now. Saying you'll keep coming back. You will just end up hurting her....Dyas!" His head turned at the clapping and he quickly reached up to pick the child up and place her back down normally. "Dyas, you know thats not safe." The child was grinning, reaching up to fix Tragers hand to try again when suddenly rakens hands were around her waist. She lightly sighed and looked up at him apologeticly before putting her hands back on the stallions mane. Didn't have to tell her twice to behave.

That made no sence to Azure, how did that proove he was disrespecting his elders. "I wouldn't ever hurt Dyas..." Azure said with a soft, honest voice. When it came to his feelings for Dyas, Azure was serious. He never, ever would hurt her. At the shout of Dyas' name Azure turned to the side. Raken had spend so much time trying to protect Dyas from a danger not present, Azure, that he'd neglected to see a physical danger. "Trager, make sure you hold onto Dyas." Azure told her, noticing that she had let go.
Trager sighed, she had wanted to learn how to play Dyas' game so much. And now she couldn't Trager scowled at Azure and placed her hands back on Dyas. She absolutely hated being told what to do. Azure had done it often too, since he had been put in charge of caring for her.

"You say that now." It was almost...frightening. When Azure was around, suddenly dyas...changed. She smiled a bit more, actually started to play and worst of all...tried some dangerous stunts. Jumping off a chair into a pile of clothes...riding a horse backwards. Raken sighed and lightly patted the girl on the head. "Its alright. Just remember, hands on the mane and don't ever let go. Act like a rider and maybe when you're a bit older you can go into a gallop." She nodded obediantly, feeling Tragers hands settle on her once more. The girl lightly patted the stallions neck affectionatly. She liked Midnigh. Yes, she had named the horse. She couldn't just go around thinking it as 'it'.

Azure sighed, there seemed to be no way for him to convince this male that he was safer then his shadowed stallion. "I'll always say it. Its not like I'm just going to wake up one day and want to or try to hurt Dyas." Azure told Raken. He was starting to get tired of talking to Raken, he wanted to talk and play with Dyas. Azure was still young and talking bored his attenion span after awhile.
Trager looked at Azure. "Zure, we day'r yet?" she asked, wondering if they were close to wherever they were going. Trager's bottom was starting to get sore from sitting on the horse, bumping up and down while it walked.

"Of course you will. What ever helps you sleep at night." He stopped now, causing the stallion to pause as well. They were at the fringes of Loke nei. He reached out and picked up dyas, holding her gently. "Here's our first stop." She wrapped her arms around her fathers neck when picked up, peeking over his shouler at Azure. Well at least they were seeing eachother now...sorta. She curled and uncurled her fingers at him in a small wave

Azure quickly moved away from Raken to retrieve Trager off the back of the shadowed stallion. He smiled and waved to Dyas as he passed by her. "You two ready?" Azure asked the both of them, watching Dyas closely from behind her father's back. "If I let you walk around on your own, will you promise not to run around?" Azure asked Trager. He didn't want her to run around for her own safety, in case she tripped on a root or something.
Trager nodded her head. "pom-is" Trager agreed as she reached her arms out to the ground, ready to be set down. After what seemed like an eternity of riding on a horse's back, Trager was ready to stretch out. "Go go" Trager demanded.

"I wouldn't want Dyas walking on her own. I wonder if the healing houses have any anti-venom..." He spoke offhandedly, a fair warning to Azure without outright saying it. The male looked at the shadow horse and just for effect, snapped as he released the dark orb within him to have it dissapear in a swirl of black smoke. The demonic started into the forest. She wondered the chances of Raken letting Azure carry her for a bit as she waved down to trager as well. Maybe if she was really good, her father would let them all play something together. Odds of that....slim to none. Dyas slowly climbed up onto her fathers shoulders again as they entered, dual colored eyes going wide with fascination

Azure took a deep breath as he set Trager down. Could he not do anything right? "What happened to the animal of Loke Nei not attacking?" Azure questioned Raken. He did make not to keep a close eye on Trager, but now that he had already offered her to walk on her own he couldn't pick her up again. She would fight him too much. "Stay close Trager." Azure told her sternly. As Azure walked closer to the forest he could hear voices coming from it. He looked around wondering if the rest of them could hear the voices. The forest couldn't possibly hold as many pae as he heard.
Trager practically shouted in excitement as she was finally set down and free to walk around. She did as Azure told her though and stayed close so that he wouldn't threaten to pick her up again. "Yay, yay, yay!" Trager shouted as she looked all around her.

"Loke nei's animals wont go out of their way to harm you. Listen closely to this Dyas. This is important." He smoothly stepped over a log. "Dragnid Forests animals are mutated, cruel, and will attack you if they know you're anywhere near. But all animals rely on instinct. Any animal that feels threatened will attack. Step to close to a snake, they will bite you. Go any where near a baby cub, mama bear wont be too far behind to charge. Treat Loke nei animals with respect and you have little to fear. Just be careful of poison ivy too." She smiled lightly at her fathers lesson, listening closely. Sometimes it seemed as if he really did know everything. Though she wasn't exactly sure what 'poison ivy' was.
