history: As she was crowned Homecoming queen something terrible happened. The dark room was filled with eyes and the only light, focused on her, shone as she glowed like an angel. No one in the dance hall made a single sound as they realized with her that she had just walked through the podium as she attempted to give her acceptance speech.
Since then, she's moved on, from her secret weekend jaunts ghost hunting with high tech equipment she's bought and made, to being a ghost and searching for others like her and maybe, for a cure.
A cure for her does not mean just going back to normal; no, she's long let go of that ideal. As a matter of fact, her guilt from draining the life force of her victims is her only motivation now, even when she only takes a little, even when she doesn't take their life. But sure as ever, 3 times a day, more when she exerts herself, she must feed. At the moment she subsides on the homeless population, leaving them with money after every attack. Atonement? Nah, twenty bucks doesn't even come close in her mind, but a cure would be a good start.

Now that she's on the ship, she has no idea how she'll eat.
