Face Structure
Eyes
Skin
Height
And where exactly you live. <-----sometimes you can tell...you know....there are some asian communities in California....

I usally tell by the skin tone domokun
and sometimes eyes. eek

I'm Half/Japanese/Italian wink

but I'm mistaken for filipino or mexican. sad

Hm, good question. Well, most people could tell by my accent or skin tone. But if /I/ were to guess, I could tell by their last names, the language that they speak, or their accent. >.>; Although, some asians speak English fluently, so...take a look at their appearance such as the shape of their eyes/face, how dark/light their skin is, or how shiny/straight their hair is. 0=

If it's none of the above: instincts..? xD

I'm vietnamese/chinese

people tend to see me as an asian due to my hair.
I have one "vietnamese" eye and my other eye is more "chinese"

I agree with most when it comes to facial structure. I'm Filipino but I'm not as dark as some are. My eyes are also very Japanese-like if you know what I mean.

The eyes are also slightly different. Non Asians say that all Asian eyes are narrow ... but they're all slightly different!

I look really Chinezzy...its so obvious... minus the teeny dark Asian eyes...
Sometimes people think I'm Filipino or some other type of Asian.

I think its just a natural Asian instinct xd (woohoo for stereotypes)

Normally I can just tell off the top of my head but then I get confused with Koreans and Japanese DX

HIlltribes are hard for me to figure out (mien, hmong etc)
