Startled, Evion stopped vibrating involuntarily. The girl stood, staring at the quivering weapon mere hair-breadth's from her neck. She turned to the people in the room, a weak, embarrassed smile on her pale face. "Uh.. Um... I- I'm sorry... I saw you carrying the boy... I was on my way to my room... I'm sorry..." Ev fell silent, averting her silver eyes to a place above the katana's owner's head.

Aubrey raised an eyebrow. This girl appears out of no where and says sorry? Sorry for what? Ruining her concentration? Sorry for vibrating so much it was annoying? Sorry for seeing her carry the boy? Sorry for going to her dorm room?
"Couldn't you have knocked?"

Evion sighed. "Aye. That's what I shoulda done from the start. And I'm sorry for being nosy and not knocking. It's just... I don't know. I was curious. I don't know what I was thinking otherwise." She stopped, thinking, dumbfounded by the girl's ability to have noticed her. "But how did you know I was here??"

Aubrey regarded the girl carefully? Could she not hear her own noise? Well, maybe some people were different. As for herself, Aubrey wasextremely aware of whatever noise she made, from walking down the hall to speaking.
"Vibrating is noisey." She said simply. Since she's had enhanced hearing all of her life, Aubrey didn't know what it was like not to have really good hearing, so she just assumed everyone was deaf to the little noises that herself heard loud and clear.

"Odd..." Evion commented softly. "I didn't realize it was. Well, let's say, you have a hand over other people then. But uh... May I be so bold as to ask what it is you're doing? Carrying a boy into your dorm room. One that's unconscious." The girl stood, her silvery black hair falling in front of her face, parting to allow herself to look out at the world from behind her light yet dark curtain.

"I thought he was cute, don't you think so?" She moved out of the way slightly so the girl could see the boy.
"I don't know what happened to this one exactly, but I'd say he got his power drained, since he's not bleeding."

Evion couldn't help but roll her eyes at the girl's first statement. "Yeah. A boy on Death's door. Very cute!" She shook her head slightly. "But what do you mean, his power's drained? (I realize that he no longer has it in him or whatever. That's not what I mean.) What I'm saying, is how did it happen? 'Why did it happen?' is another good question..." The girl shoved her hands in to the pocket on the front of her large, black hoodie, showing interest in what could be going on.

(You're...indecent.)
Aubrey wasn't in such a mood to explain. There wasn't much else she could do for him, he would live or not. But she wasn't about to ruin the mystery to some new student. Let her figure it out herself.
"And what would be the point of telling you?" She asked, cocking her head. She stood up abruptly and strode toward her, grabbing her arm and the door handle at the same time. Aubrey opened the door and placed the girl outside.
"And now it is time for you to be leaving. As I can see you are a new student and have to deal with the teachers tomorrow. Better get your rest." With that she slammed the door in the girl's face. She wouldn't try to come back in, knowing that Aubrey could hear her. Aubrey turned to Tsunami.
"It might be time for you to leave too. There's nothing else you can do."

((I was hacked is what I was. hahahaha. But it's better now! *grin*))
Evion wouldn't be put off so easily. Despite being able to be heard, the girl stubbornly slipped her hand through the door and opened it from the inside. She pushed it open further, glaring. "Well, aren't you a rude one? Yeah. The teachers told me not to befriend any of the other students. At least the rebellious ones..." She cocked her eyebrow in emphasis, but added, "And because they said that, I have to be all the more curious. Especially adding your rude actions." Ev stood akimbo in the doorway, continuing to glare, not caring what time it was and that she needed sleep.

Aubrey's eyebrows snapped together.
"Rude? For asking you to leave MY dorm room?" She cocked her head angrily. "And you actually LISTEN to the TEACHERS?" She snorted. "You're in deeper than I thought. And before you say anything more, what's rude is you phasing through my door to open it. That is called breaking and entering, and I can have you arrested for that. Thanks. See ya. Bye." She crossed her arms, obviously waiting for her to leave.

Evion wasn't starting off at this school very well, but reason wouldn't reach her. "Can't have me arrested if there's no proof. No finger prints. No 'breaking'. Only entering." The girl tilted her head in a 'so whatever' manner.
Then she challenged, "And so you know, I do listen. What else am I to do? Hm? No ones telling me anything! 'Find out for yourself.' Isn't that, to the effect, what you said? So no duh I listen. Did you not when you first arrived? Well?"
She refused to leave before she at least got some questions answered. Ev could tell this place wasn't all butterflies and rainbows as the pamphlet had promised, but the girl couldn't tell what was so off about this place.

Aubrey was furious. 'No one tells me anything!' She says. What selfishness.
"Listen, girlie, you want answers?" She waited for a nod. "Then go out and find them. You look for answers in this place, you sure as hell going to find them." She spat.
"You can't wait around for people to tell you what to do. That's the stupidest most despicable thing I've ever heard. They are BRAINWASHING you by you thinking like that! Here's some advice: Don't do anything they order you to. Homework, okay, thats a give or take on how lazy you are. But the rest... and NEVER go into the Principal's office when she is not there. Trust me. Not a pretty experience." How was that for answers?
"And for the last question, no, I didn't. I was always this pig-headed."

Evion smiled. "Thank you. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. See you tomorrow. Sorry for interupting and intruding." The girl dipped in a bow, then left, closing the door quietly behind her. She approached her stuff a little ways down the hall, picked it up, then headed for the door that held her room number. It happened to be the door next to the one Ev had just closed.
She smirked. "That girl is going to be sooo happy when she finds out," was said in a sarcastic voice. With a shake and a spray of her silvery-black hair, the girl, not wanting to bother with the key, phased through the door. Evion threw her stuff down, then collapsed on her bed till morning.
