and yes, i've seen those in china, but the ones i had to use when i traveled by bus, it was just like..a stream...

They're not that bad....they're supposed to be more sanitary or something. I've used them a couple times while visiting relatives. Of course, I live in the states, so...

 ^My regular toilet in America...and in my house in China.. ^A regular, everyday, squat toilet here that we all must use in fast food places, restaurants, the doctor's office, THE SUBWAY!!!... you get the point..

Since I live in the U.S. my toilet is pretty standard. White porcelain, with a little handle doo-hickey on it. Although my toilet is usually pretty clean, because I clean the bathroom once a week. Yay, no dust/mildew/poo stains for me!

I've used those toilets before, they aren't as bad as they look >.< but i still like the toilets here in the us much better ^^

we went to california and my mom and my uncle had to use the bathroom. so we stopped at a gas station and they didnt have a bathroom inside so they made them use the portapotties outside!!! it looked so disgusting and u could see all the pee inside!!!!
