Ani-san^_^ Rich? Hmm...Anyone who can buy what they want and not be broke after they buy it. 3nodding I agree. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say a net worth around 2mil or higher.

hmmmm that is difficult
I consider people who are rich.........
have at least 70,000 gold and at least 15 of the montly collectables
because those are now way expensive.
Poor people are easy to say
Anybody still wearing newbie clothes i consider poor.
Oh, and if they ask for donations in gold and such i consider them poor.

Hmm, when I started Gaia, I considered anyone with Fairy Wings to be rich. lol
Then, when I started vending, I thought that having a million was rich.
Now I consider rich having something like Angelic/Demonic Minis plus a load of other stuff, to be rich.

I think rich is about 200k+. I've been up to a mil on my main, and now I'm already above that (started with about 20k like a week ago). But you notice a distinct difference in item values and the worth of collectibles once you get above 200k- you can afford those extremely popular items which by simply owning you gain money off of. And, you can afford all of the nifty 10k or less items you could possibly want.. well.. like.. 20 of them.. yeah.
Go to towns, there you can get a decent cross section of the active Gaia population. And it's usually under 200k.
Then again, I still think I have limited wealth. 1 mil, the amount I had on my main, seemed like a great value to have because then I could keep my fingers on many popular collectibles

lol i used to think people that had like one monthly collectible where rich but when i went and got my market pass trading pass i got a lot of money that way now i have like a few monthly collectibles

I think there are layers of rich.
One to two million is rich enough to buy anything new that comes out without wrecking your asset mix.
Two to twenty million is enough to stash piles of MC's and equip your avi using spares.
Twenty to one hundred million is enough to start dictating to the market what some items are worth by having some control over the total number available.

I'm so glad I looked at this thread. I decided to tektek my worth (almost 1.7 mil - and I started gaia in mid dec 07) and I found out year of the rabbit was up to 24k, yay. Being a rabbit, I had a few of those heart
I agree with whomever said being rich is buying whatever you want w/out being broke
Oh, and people who own those bunny slippers I covet so much, lol

Your rich when you use 1mil in pure to vend and exchange with and don't have to worry if you mess up and over bid or buy.
